So I just want to personally apologize for losing my cool yesterday. Truth be told, this month has just been pretty frustrating for me that I just needed to find myself something that I knew would be theraputic and enjoyable, and definitely worth the road trip none the less, even if it meant having to put up with the **** traffic in Boston (and let me just say, as a Mass resident myself, I get INCREDIBLY raged driving in Boston). Since there are some episodes from seasons 27, 28 and 29 I remember seeing as a kid and aren’t on YouTube, I decided “**** it, I’ll give this experience a try now and see what it’s like”..... but then calling ahead of time to ask if it costs money to set up the appointment only to find out there was a stupid catch that wasn’t even mentioned in the article was the icing on the cake (but one other thing I should mention, the woman on the phone I was speaking to was also a bit unsure how it works out; she said she THINKS it requires research, but wasn’t 100 percent sure). I did also look over again on the article just to make sure I didn’t mis-read anything over my own excitement and there were some sections that also kind of threw me off..... mainly these parts.
But, at this point, I’m just taking all of this with a grain of salt and cancelling any plans I had to go over there and can live with it. Even if it means there are clips I’ll likely never see before I kick the bucket.
But even if what this woman said is true, remember there’s also the Library of Congress. I think that’s a bit more public than WGBH is.
Okay......... except that’s in DC. And it isn’t worth having to make an expensive plane trip just to watch 10-20 minutes of material we haven’t seen publicly released yet. Please do your research on locations before making conclusions like this.
