I really hope we get some sort of a behind the scenes feature where we ACTUALLY see the puppeteers! I also hope that we get some more content with Constantine. And obviously deleted scenes.

Will not happen. Disney wants children to think the characters are real. That's one of the reasons there are no puppeteers in the Encyclopedia. I think we can expect:

Deleted Scenes
The long version of Cuckatoo in Malibu.
Behind the scenes (shot as the Muppets as actors like on The Muppets Bluray)
Trailers
Director commentator
Maybe some on location screentest thingies.
Interactive menu

And that will be it.

I think the W&S Cut is just a joke. Maybe just the word "Disaster" from the opening or something like it.

We finally get the details on the Muppets Most Wanted Blu-ray release. And it’s a doozy!
The Blu-ray will come with three cuts of the film! The original theatrical cut, “The Unnecessarily Extended Cut” (which will have 12 whole minutes of additional footage), and “The Statler and Waldorf Cut“. Feel free to speculate on what the extended and S&W cuts will contain, because we have no idea.
Other bonus features include:

• The Longer Longest Blooper Reel in Muppets History
• Rizzo’s Biggest Fan
• “I’ll Get You What You Want” Music Video Performed by Bret McKenzie
• Frog-E-Oke: I’m Number One
• And more!
