One of my staff from my middle school told us that he never brushed his teeth in years. He grew up poor so I can understand.

Yeah it's okay. However most people kept their distance from him his breath SMELLED. He had to keep chewing gum which obviously didn't help.

Even if you’re poor, as a teacher, you can still get a toothbrush and toothpaste at the Dollar store.
The only worse breath than not brushing your teeth is people who smoke.

Not brushing your teeth is one of the worst things you can do to your body. Your teeth will feel grainy, they’ll start to hurt and your gums will bleed VERY easily.

I’ll admit there have been nights I’ve fallen asleep on the couch and forgot to brush my teeth. I’ve actually put a reminder on my phone so I know when to hit up the toothpaste.
