If only he made it a few more seasons into season 17 if it meant meeting Snuffy....

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I'm guessing this is the last three-digit episode ending in 16. This features one of the first street scenes involving both Grover and Cookie Monster! (Albeit in separate street scenes.) And also, the debut of a News Flash sketch involving George Washington. Interestingly, this episode was guided on President's Day 2021.
