Not sure if this has been posted here yet, but I'm guessing this is one of the Count's first street scenes! Interestingly, this episode aired the day before Stevie Wonder's legendary appearance in episode 514.

Looking at the screen grabs, that "3 People" picture shown above was obviously filmed the same day as the street scenes
