Trust me, you'll love it.

And keep your eyes open; I spotted quite a few tops of heads in season two. Example: in the episode with Bernadette Peters, during "Just One Person," there is a head of brown curly hair right behind and below Scooter. And during the closing number, you can see Dave's face peering out from behind a crate.

Aw, I'm sorry you were feeling down, heralde. I hope you have a great weekend, and I definitely hope (and believe) the Muppets will do their job in cheering you up wonderfully!

Wow Sara, I'm really sorry to hear about your accident and about your injuries. That is really hard. I hope you start to feel better soon.

Thank you to Ed for posting and letting us know about the things in Steve's podcast! I don't rully get to listen to that often unfortunately, so I really appreciate the heads-up. It was so weird to hear Little Muppet Monsters, but very cool indeed!

And thank you, Erin, for mentioning those little heads that popped up! Lol, I'm terrible at spotting those types of things myself, but it's always so much fun to see. It took me watching the closing number of Bernadette's episode twice, but I was able to spot Dave. And when you're looking for it, it's awfully hard to miss Richard's hair popping up during "Just One Person," hehe. Thank you for the heads-up for that!

Thanks for your kind thoughts, much appreciated. I'm feeling better now, the problem has pretty much come and gone. And I did get to go on vacation this weekend, which was awesome!

And yes I did take my new Muppets toy along with me, hehe (and it's the fuzz cover! I wasn't even looking for it! I like it...it makes Piggy seem more real.) I wasn't expecting to see Animal and Rizzo working together on the DVD menus, but they're a surprisingly good pair! "Muppet Show! Muppet Show!" "Yeah...Muppet Show..." :halo:

I finally got to see The Muppet Valentine Show in its entirety (I watched it once at The Museum but the machine concked out!). All their talk about love was nice, but I still prefer Sex and Violence (Haha, that joke never gets old!)

So far my favorite episode is Nancy Walker. She's unique in a great way. And I love the subplot of Fozzie running the show while Kermit is sick. I love Piggy saying, "Oh that's my Kermie! He's sick!" Fozzie's becoming a stronger character, beyond those monologues from the first sesaon. I think the number 1 cutest Scooter moment ever for me is when he tries selling magazine subscriptions to the audience, lol. Never fails to take an opportunity!

People have often mentioned the scene where Statler and Waldorf heckle Milton Burle; that Statler's delivery seems rather hesitant. I definitely noticed that. Some interpret it as Richard feeling uncomfortable heckling the great comedian Burle. I'm not entirely sure, but I suppose that is one theory. It did seem strange that Waldorf and Statler were getting in all the jokes while Milton Burle (again, great comedian) just stood there taking it. My first reaction to the scene was, "Hey this is a first season Fozzie skit!" Hehe, maybe they had one left over!

Ack, nearly had a heart attack, for a minute I thought I lost Disc 2! But no, it was in a different DVD case (I am really disorganized). Thank goodness, I still need to show my friends the Steve Martin episode (and point out the identity of the laughter hehe). Ok, let's see if I can play "Spot the Muppeteer"...

...wow Bernadette has a great voice! I still have a tape of her performance in Into the Woods (from PBS), she's amazing.

...Of course Richard would end up playing the happy go lucky partying Grasshopper, lol. I always love that story, I remember the old Disney cartoon.

Ah yup, I did see the curly hair! And there was another head visible just before, but can't tell who. And notice Scooter was looking at Robin towards the end of the song before a lot of the other characters were, that was a nice touch.

Kermit: "I'm gonna get your father!" LOL

I laughed out loud when Bunsen suggested testing the liquid internally and Beaker pushed it back to him, lol.

Aww, Robin's five! I love the way he pulls his legs back up. And the line, "I'm even more than four and a haaaalf!" (Though of course, Scooter's a lot older than that!)

Oh yeah and there's Dave, and I think I also saw Louise!

Well, all in all, this did cheer me up. Talk to everyone soon!

(chuckle) Scooter trying to peddle magazines - but I don't think he'd have much luck peddling multiple issues of "Field and Farmer."

You'll like him during the Lou Rawls and Teresa Brewer episodes, trust me. Really liked "Ukulele Lady" and the "alien intruder" on Pigs in Space.

I didn't have my glasses on when I watched them do "Just One Person" last time...but it seems to me that Richard's curly crop was in the shot for quite a while.

Let's see - when Animal was playing "Wild Thing" and Janice and a pig came in to haul him off to the mental hospital, beneath the pig you can see a headband and forehead that might be Jerry's - but I'd have to see it again. And during one of Statler and Waldorf's appearances, you can see the top of Jim's head...and when Lou Rawls is doing "Bye Bye Blackbird" with the Mayhem, I spotted Richard's forehead...

And guys, we're not scolding you over your craniums being caught on camera - for one of the most enjoyable parts of watching the Muppet movies and television shows is the chance to play Spot the Muppeteer.

Oh yeah I did see the "alien intruder" bit. That shocked me, lol, I wasn't expecting them to stay in character like that, lol.

Yeah he pretty much doesn't leave the shot in "Just One Person."

Right, it's not us being critical, it's us being loyal fans wanting as much as we can get, lol. And for me, it only makes the Muppet experience more enjoyable.

Oh cool, someone posted the old Muppet special, The Frog Prince! I've watched this special ever since I was a very little Herald and I absolutely adore it! And it's relevant for our little thread too. See the nasty villian Tamenilla? According to Jerry Juhl, that is Richard in his very first major puppeteering role (though Jerry Juhl does the voice). I'm so happy to know that now.

Yes you may! And as Club Founder and Leader I welcome you heartily into our club!

*hands her a glass of orange juice in an engraved juice glass; as well as a plate of chocolate doughnuts*

Enjoy!

Also, also; the PT Cruiser is a piece of CRAP. It's seats are hard, it's uncomfortable, and it's eating gas faster then Gracie did. Well, I guess the gas part can be attributed to the fact it's actually classified as a light truck.

Oh well, I'm hoping they'll be able to fix Gracie up. They arn't really sure at this point. Also Rush's is seriously ticking me off. They've only given me a few scant hours this week. Here's how the layout is:

Sun: 5:30 - 10 pm
Mon: Off (Labor Day, understandable)
Tues: Off
Wed: Off
Thurs: Off
Fri: 5:30 - 10 pm
Sat: 5:30 - 9 pm

And that is IT. Just....12 and a half hours. That's not even part-time. I'm seriously hoping this Wednesday when I go back up to the airport that I'll get that Janitoral job. At least it'll be stable work and pay.

I'll be like a female Beauregard. XD But, dare I say it? BETTER.

Glad you found the thread, BeakerSqueedom! Feel free to share your Richard thoughts, that's what we like to hear, lol. Btw, orange juice is Richard's favorite drink, in case you didn't know.

Oh yay, the Sound of Music! lol

A Beaker plush, cool! Darn, I almost bought one but then lost the opportunity.
