That was a nice one, and the Beetles do sound an awful lot like the Beatles. Let's see, which Beatle do you think Richard was channeling there? Personally, I'd say Paul.

See you Monday, heralde - and I'm going to be a little absent from the computer this weekend myself.

Thanks, ilikemuppets!

Yes MN, they do sound uncannily like the real Beatles! And it's even the kind of song you'd expect from them. Hmm, personally I think he sounds like John. ::shrugs:: Either way, I adore this song! ::swoon:: hehe

Oh look, TRADING PLACES is on! Comedy Central, just started now (6:30pm ET), so anyone who wants to see Richard's cameo still has a lot of time.

And I just watched that "Beetles" clip you left us with.
That was a beautiful gesture dear heralde. We all love "U" too.:flirt:

Indeed we do...as for the "which voice" question, I now think he's channeling a bit of George there...

Oh, dear, I missed my chance to see Richard go for a swim in the treacherous, shark-infested waters of the NYSE. I also missed seeing Frank doing the corrupt cop bit. But I've got a valid excuse; went to see "Order of the Phoenix" with the family tonight.

Aw thanks, I'm glad you guys liked the sentiment!

Actually yeah, I can hear a bit of George there too!

Don't worry about missing Trading Places, it's on Comedy Central ALL THE TIME! lol. I would keep an eye on the TV Guide.

And seeing Harry Potter is a good excuse. I saw it this weekend too, I really loved it. What did you think, MN (and anyone else who saw it)?

Well... In spite of the chopping and compression jobs, it did feel more complete to me than Goblet of Fire, but I liked it. It's just that your enjoyment starts to decrease when you pick the movie apart versus the books. My firm opinion is that the movie treatment is unfit for all of this, and they should turn it into an hourlong drama series like Smallville or Charmed where they can exploit the books for the completeness factor for all us fans.

One of the opinions from someone else on the CMX forum made me laugh... "Everybody gets together for a big fight only to scatter all over the place again."
Let's just hope for the best when it comes time for Half-Blood Prince. And don't forget, Deathly Hallows is released this weekend, when Friday turns that midnight minute magically into Saturday.
