Ryan Roe: Elmo, what's your favorite website?
Elmo: Yeahbaby.org!
Joe Hennes: What about ToughPigs.com? That's our website.
Elmo: It's okay. See puppets, it's an acquired taste, because sometimes they can be a little obnoxious, a little annoying.
Joe: Could they?
Elmo: Sometimes.
Ryan: So you're not into puppets.
Elmo: Well, it's not that Elmo's not into puppets, but he's not necessarily, he's not opposed to the idea, but eh.
Joe: Puppets are like a nothing to you.
Elmo: Right. It's sort of like "Do you like straws?" Straws are okay.

Elmo: Where is Alan? We have been waiting for a milkshake for about 4-and-a-half hours. Alan! Okay, how about Chris? Chris!
Joe Hennes: Where's Mr. Hooper? Oh.
Elmo: You had to go there, didn't you?
Joe: I did, I'm sorry.
Elmo: You had to go there! Where's Mr. Handford?
(Joe and Ryan Roe crack up impressed by Ryan Dillon's ad-lib)

Gordon: At the end of every street.... there’s a special place.... a place, with red lights and green lights..... a place, where horns honk and cars whiz by.... at the stoplight, you have entered.... the Crossing Zone!

Joe Hennes: Can you name two people who worked in Hooper's Store?
Jeff Dunn: Alan and Mr. Hooper.
Joe: Those are the easy ones.
Cookie Monster: How bout Mr. Handford?
Joe: Yeah!
Cookie: Remember him?
Joe: Deep cut.
Cookie: How about Mike?
Joe: Mike?! (he laughs)
David playing Cookie laughs: Didn't Mike work there?
Joe: Probably. Natalie Portman worked there for a minute.
Jeff: I'm thinking Frankie the cameraman worked there once too.
Joe: He probably did, filled in maybe.
Cookie: Gina worked there.

Then Carlo took over Gina's position as Mr. Handford's assistant.

And, of course, there's Chris. Oh, and David was Mr. Hooper's assistant.
