The Muppet Christmas Festival

Nice to see how the story's coming along.
But, didn't you send Seymour off to a condo in Florida? Or is that from some other story...

I have heard that Pepe said something like that at Muppetfest, but I never said anything like that in any of my fan fictions.

Chapter 21

Gonzo was chatting with his family.

"I'm so glad you could make it", said Gonzo.

"Yes, Gonzo", said UberGonzo, "But I didn't kow that there were already a lot of space creatures at the party".

"Other space creatures?", said Gonzo, "What other space creatures?"

Just then, the Four Fazoobs, the male, female and baby Koozebanians, the yip-yip martians, the koozebanain phoob and Scred all suddenly appeared.

"We are all from outer space", said Scred.

"Well, anybody who's not from Fraggle Rock is from outer space", said Traveling Matt.

Fozzie's mom had arrived.

"Hiya, Ma!", said Fozzie.

"Oh, hi, fozzie", said Emily Bear, "merry christmas".

"Merry Christmas to you, too", said Fozzie, "But if you'd excuse me, I've got to give a present to somebody".

Fozzie had a present, a box in wrapping paper, and went to Statler and Waldorf.

"Hey, it's the bear", said Statler.

"I bet he's bearly having a good christmas", said Waldorf.

"Well, Waldorf, I've got you a present", said Fozzie, "You can open it now".

"A present? For me?" said waldorf, "And after all the mean things we've done to you?"

"Do I get a present, too?", asked Statler.

"No", said Fozzie.

Waldorf started to open his present. When he took the top off, a pie that was connected to a spring flew out and hit him in the face.

"Merry Christmas, wocka wocka!", said Fozzie.

More guests were arriving.

"Well, ma, this will be a good christmas", said Emmit Otter.

"yes, it certainly will be", said ma Otter.

"This will be the most fun I've had since I last ate mashed potatoes", said Wendel.

"That was today at lunch", said Charlie.

"Oh, yeah, I forgot", said Wendel.

"Well, don't forget how to play music", said Harvey.

Rosevelt Franklin was getting some food.

"I think I'll sit at the cool table", said Rosevelt.

"Okay", said Rosevelts Mom, "I'll sit with the other mothers".

Rosevelt Franklin went to the cool table, where Dr. Teeth, Floyd, Animal, Janice, Zoot, Lips, Clifford, Flash, Digit, Beard, The Solid Foam Drummer, Zippety Zap, Fleet Scribbler, Kingston Livignston III, and Leon were all sitting.

"Hi, everybody", said Rosevelt.

"Hi, Rosevelt Franklin!", said the others.

"Nice to finally meet you", said Floyd.

"We've all heard about how groovy you are", said Janice.

"Groo-vy! Groo-vy!", shouted Animal.

"Just make yourself at home", said Digit.

Chapter 22

Everyone was interacting with each other at the festival.

"Hey, lookn Snuffy!", said Big Bird, "It's a giant bear!

"Oh, my", said Bear, "It's a big bird!"

"Maybe he's the only big bird here", said Ojo.

"He probably is", said Tutter.

But then Fletcherbird and Betsy Bird showed up.

"Well, I guess you are wrong", said Mr. Snuffleupagus.

Bert had decided to give Ernie a present.

"Here, ernie, merry christmas", said Bert.

"Oh, thank you", said Ernie, who opened his present.

"Oh, my!", said Ernie, "it's a Fraggle Pebble!"

Grover had clocked in for his shift in the kitchen.

"I, your furry, lovable, Grover, am here to start cooking and serving", said grover.

"Well, you can serve, okay!", said Pepe.

"You can serve to that blue guy at table 27", said Seymour.

"Excellent choice", said Grover.

Grover went to the table, where, of course, he was serving Fat Blue.

"Oh, no!", cried Fat Blue, "It's you again! Oh, and I thought this was going to be a merry christmas..."

Boober had a blue rollie that he wanted to give somebody. he saw Scooter.

"Hey, would you like to have this blue rollie as a present?", asked Boober.

"hmm, okay", said Scooter, "and you can have this present".

Scooter gave Boober a fraggle pebble.

Marjourie the Trash heap was having fun sitting with some messy food.

"This is the best party ever, marjourie", said Philo.

"The best", repeated Gunge.

"Yes, but I wish there were more people wanting to talk to me", asked Marjourie.

Oscar and Grungetta then walked past marjourie.

"Hey, look", said Grungetta, "A talking pile of trash!"

"Oh, this party isn't useless after all", said oscar.

"Oh, good, people are giving me their attention now", said marjourie.

"Hey, everybody!", yelled grouches, "A talking pile of trash!"

Various grouches came by to check her out.

Chapter 23

More guests were arriving, including King Goshposh, Featherstone, Princess Gwindledina, and the prime minister from Tales of The Tinkerdee.

"Well, this will be a swell party", said King Goshposh, "I hope everybody remembered to bring a present for the king. That's me".

"Well, we didn't send the invitations", said Featherstone.

People were ordering their foods. Grover was waiting on the fraggles.

"We'll have five radishes and five side orders of doozer sticks", said Gobo.

"Coming right up", said Grover, who then got stopped by Splurge.

"I'll have a radish too", said Splurge.

"And I'll have a bowl of oatmeal", said Bert.

"And me will have some cookies", said Cookie Monster.

"This will be a long night", sighed Grover.

"Well, Statler, I thought I'd give you this present", said Waldorf, who handed Statler a present.

"Why, it's a fraggle pebble", said Statler, "Thank you... I think".

"Well, Kermie, this has been such a wonderful party", said Miss Piggy.

"Well, it's not over yet", said kermit, "It's time to decorate the big christmas tree".

"Oh, boy", said Junior Gorg.

"Let's all help", said Thig.

"I like decorating trees", said Bear.

"So do I", said Big Bird.

So Big Bird, Mr. Snuffleupagus, Thig, Thog, the Gorgs, the mutations, the dodos, Sweetums, Big Mama, Doglion, Fletcherbird, Betsy Bird, Bruno, the giant spider, Miss Finch, Splurge, Bear, the villians from The Muppet Musicians of Bremen, Timmy Monster, and Sam the Robot were putting ornaments on the big tree.

"Well, it looks like all of the big muppets are having all the fun", complained Cotterpin.

"Who says that only big people can decorate the tree?", asked Wrench Doozer.

The Doozers then started to use their vehicles to put ornaments, tinsel, and stars on the tree. They were joined by other small muppets, such as Little Bird, Robin, Pepe, Rizzo, Bean Bunny, Tutter, the Chickens, the Inkspots, and Slimey.

"We can all climb up the tree", said Robin.

"Yeah, climbing is fun!", said Tutter.

"I just hope I don't fall", said Rizzo.

"Well, as long as I don't fall, okay", said pepe.

"Hey, all you medium sized muppets can decorate the tree, too", said bean.

So all of the muppets who were there started decorating the tree.

Chapter 24

By now, Mr. Snuffleupagus had gotten the fraggle pebble, but wanted to give it to Big Bird.

"Oh, Bird!", said Mr. Snuffleupagus, "I have a present for you".

"Oh, could it be chocolate covered birdseed?", asked Big Bird.

"No, it's this fraggle pebble", said Mr. Snuffleupagus.

"oh, well, that's just as good", said Big Bird.

Kermit entered a stage and tried to get everybodys attention.

"Can I get everyones... Can I get.....", said Kermit, who couldn't get everybody's attention with all of the talking going on.

"Is something wrong, Kermit?", asked Crazy Harry.

"I'm trying to get their attention", said Kermit.

"I'll help", said Crazy Harry, who then pushed down on his plunger and caused a big explosion. Everyone had Kermit's attention now.

"Now that I've got your attention, I'd like to say 'Welcome to The Muppet Christmas Festival'".

"Welcome, Kermit!", said evrybody.

"I am having the time of my life, froggy baby!", said Grover.

"This party is just as good as doozer sticks", said Marlon.

"I'm glad I could make it", said marjourie the Trash heap.

Kermit continued talking while Big Bird walked past bear.

"Oh, hey, Bear", said Big Bird, "I'd like to give you this present".

"What is it?", asked Bear.

"It's a fraggle pebble", said Big Bird.

Sweetums had then encountered Junior Gorg.

"Hey, Junior", said Sweetums, "I've got something for you".

"What do you got?", asked Junior.

"I've got you a perfet blue rollie", said Sweetums, "Merry christmas".

"Gee, thanks", said Junior, "But I'd rather have a fraggle pebble".

"Pebble! Pebble!", shouted Animal.

Kermit was finishing his speech.

"And now it's time for the christmas entertainment", said kermit, "Here is Fozzie bear!"

Fozzie had come on-stage.

"Hiya, hiya, hiya!", said Fozzie, "merry christmas!"

"We haven't heard one funny line yet", said Statler.

"I haven't goten around to the joke yet", said Fozzie.

"Do you ever get to the joke?", asked Waldorf.

"Well, two old penguins walk into a bar...", saud Fozzie.

"Quit making jokes about our grandparents!", shouted a penguin.

"These jokes make me want to sleep", said Proffessor Hastings.

"Hey, bring on the comic!", said Leo.

"I am the comic", said Fozzie.

"Is that true?", leo asked grump.

"I don't know", said Grump.

"Anyway, now on to my next joke...", said Fozzie, "The funny thing about christmas is..."

"Bah, humbug!", said Oscar, "I hate christmas, and I really hate christmas jokes!"

"I'm not even finished with my joke", said Fozzie.

"let's hope you don't finish", said Statler.

"You're the worst!", said Grungetta.

"Is there anything better to do?", asked Wander McMooch.

"Bring on the girls!", said leon.

"I should have written his jokes", said Wally.

"I should put a curse on you", said Taminella.

"leave, or be doomed!", said Uncle Deadley.

"Hey, hey, hey!!", said Convincing John, "You should all give Fozzie a chance! Stop heckling him!"

"Yeah, maybe you're right", said Statler.

"You've convinced me", said Waldorf.

"We're sorry", said Leo.

"I won't say another mean thing about you tonight", said J.P. Gross.

"You haven't said a mean thing yet", said Scooter.

"Oh, yeah", said J.P. Gross, "Have a rollie".

"Thank you", said Fozzie, "now, where was I? Oh, yeah..."

As Fozzie was telling his jokes, Fred the Elf approached Thog.

"Oh, Thog", said Fred, "I want you to have this pebble".

"Oh, thanks", said Thog.

Fat Blue sat as he ate his dinner.

"You know, I don't know why I thought my dinner would be bad", said Fat Blue.

"Oh, you like it", said Grover, "Thank you, sir".

"Oh, now I remember why I thought it would be bad", said Fat Blue.

Fozzie finsihed his jokes and kermit entered the stage.

"And now, here's a little bit of christmas music and dancing", said Kermit.

Cantus and the minstrels started playing music, and they were then joined by Emmit Otter's jug band, who were then joined by The Gogalala Jubilee Jugband, who was joined by Lobbock Lou and his jughuggers, who were joined by the Country Trio, who were joined by Dr. Teeth and The Electric mayhem, who were joiend by Rowlf and trumpet Girl, who were joined by Solid Foam, who was joined by the Muppets Tonight band, who was joined by the riverbottom nightmare band.

As the music played, various muppets danced. Pa Gorg danced with ma Gorg, Fletcherbird danced with Betsy Bird, George danced with Mildred, Forgetful Jones danced with Clementine, Oscar danced with Grungetta, Boober danced with Tosh, Link danced with Annie Sue, David Hogsohog danced with Spamela hamderson, Droop danced with Miss Mousey, Mommie Dodo danced with Daddie Dodo, Gonzo danced with camillia, Rizzo danced with Yolanda, and Anthony danced with Fern.

Miss Piggy then approached Kermit.

"Kermie, would you like to dance with moi?", asked Miss Piggy.

"Well, normally, no", said kermit, "But it's christmas eve, so why not?"

Miss Piggy then grabbed kermit and they danced, and everybody had a good time. Well, everybody except for Oscar.

Good stuff... But how are they going to all get back home? Nice story, thank you for sharing it with us.

That was beautiful1! Kermit's line to Piggy, and that last line, "Well, everyone but Oscar." were so well-written and sweet! And that pebble... You remember in MFC they said it was a gift 37 times? Well I wonder how many times it was transferred here!
There are more things I could say, but it is enough just to say that I loved the whole thing!

Good stuff... But how are they going to all get back home?

Probably the same way they got there.

That was yet another wonderful story, Minor Muppetz. I liked how you had every Muppet character coming together for a Xmas party. And I liked the Fraggle Rock adventure that happened in it too. And how Gonzo wanted to do a wild stunt that ended up blowing up most of the house. And how Bear liked sniffing the mail and how the Fraggle Pebble kept getting passed around.
