Tabby: Yeah, go back to sleep. What's a penguin? <looks at broken spoon> Aw... <looks around> Hey, do you think maybe there's some more spoons in that big shiny can over there?

Ann: Tabby, don't go in there, it smells bad! And, um, Mr. Bandit, you still haven't answered my-

Kelly: What is that guy- our cousin- um, Vic- what's a ceramic alligator?

Tabby: <jumps into trash can> Ewwwwww it's stinky! Let's see, weird box, banana peel, tissues... Ooh, something shiny! <pops up with two spoons and jumps out of trash can> See? People throw everything away. Here you go, Mr. Jack, these probably won't break. So how do you dig a tunnel?

*frowns* Um...thanks...er...I don't know your name, I guess I'll call you Penguin 1. So er...Penguin 1, the proper way to dig is like so *starts digging and as soon as spoon touches the ground it bends in half*

Kelly: What's a mine? Or... <thinks> Mine-duh. Mind. What's a mind?

Tabby: Oh my name's Tabby. I'm a kitten. Well, I'm also a human, but- wait, I'm not supposed to talk about that. I'm a kitten, and my name is Tabby. And you're very good at doing weird things with spoons... how did you bend that? <tries to bend spoon>

Ann: Mr. Bandit, you still haven't answered my ques-

Tabby: <bends bent spoon back> Hey, look, I undid it!

*stares in awe* How did you do that?! *mutters* ...Well, anyway, I did promise Mr. Moppet and those other things that I'd take Vic to the mental ward...Would you like to tag along?

Kelly: Tag? Oh we love tag! Can I be it?

Ann: Not that kind of tag, Kelly. But um... sure, we'll come, if you'll answer my ques-

Kelly: I'll follow you, Jack!

Tabby: I won't. <jumps onto Jack's shoulder> I'm taking the easy way.

Kelly: Hey good idea! <jumps on top of Tabby> Good thing we're still pretty small, huh?

Ann: How did I get stuck with these two... <jumps onto Jack's head> Okay, ready.

Tabby: Alright Jack, we're ready!

Kelly: ...What's a mental ward?

 

[The Count]

*Bat-Sheba flies back into Cole family home attic. Ah, there you are. Now then, what were they up to? What?!? They're going where?!?
*Briskly walks downstairs and opens front door to find Jack carrying Vic on his back, and three blue-painted kittens on his shoulder and head. Young ladies, it's definitely past your curmew. Now get inside, your mother and I want to talk to you.
*Waits for kittens to come back inside.

Father: *leaves the house after Jack and the kittens* Jack, look here, I'm sorry but I feel very strongly that my son should be my own care and no one elses. Ahh, hello there Mr Cole, we are...er...going to the doctors. It won't be a bother to look after your girls...I can leave the twins at home in the capable hands and wings of Fairy G and Mingass-station. *takes Vic off Jack's back* Ooph...I had no idea he was so heavy...*dumps him in the back of the car* Anyone coming get in now...

Thanks Bo. But by the looks of it, I'd say the girls need a good bath. If they want to, they can go and play outside after that.

*Turning to talk to Isabelle: Don't worry dear, they'll just be exploring the neighborhood. And they know to contact us or one of their relatives or a police officer if they get into trouble. Just hope Officer Dakota's back on the force and patrolling the streets today.

 

[The Count]

All fright. Now that you girls have been bathed and dressed... All you need are these little knapsacks. There's a bottle of milk, a box of goldfish crackers, an apple, and two chicken mesh sandwiches tightly wrapped inside for each of you. There's a lso a little bag with quarters if you need to make a phone call and have either Mommy or Daddy pick you up. Remember what I said, you can go off and explore the neighborhood, but try to stay out of any trouble. If you need help, try to find one of your relatives, except for Aunt DanDan, or a police officer. Be back in time for dinner and don't go too far.
*Helps get knapsacks on the triplets and watches them crawl out the door on their way for an adventure.
