Mac: *throws head back and guffaws* I sware you love it when we get into trouble.

Mother: *draws her sword and disappears* Hide yourself. I'll send a mental jolt to Izzy. Then one to Adam. Ya ready to party?

Mac: *draws a sword and backs into the darkness* Ya better believe it.

Mother: *mental message to Izzy* Izzy. Adam's been taken by the U-Muns. I'm not sure where they're taking him. The message was scrambled. Maybe you heard it? *mental message to Adam* Adam, where are they taking you? How many are heading our way?

Ok, Grandma K, you've got to watch the kittens, somethings happened to Adam and I don't know what's going on. His message was scrambled. Christy says he's been kidnapped and they're taking him somewhere. I have to go, I have to find him.

*sends mental message to Adam*

*Blacks out, chain ripping and wingflaps can be heard from the underground ruins.

Adam's in real danger, he said to go to the cave where midnight stood still, I hope you know what he means by that! Hurry!*

*The rumblings from the underground ruins have been coming from the cell where Adam Cole was encarcerated by the U-Muns. To make sure he remained alive as a hostage, he had been fed a combination of rootpaste bread and water. Unfortunately, the bread mixture contained a few herbs, the properties of which were ignored by the underground dwellers, causing a monster transformation in the being of Mr. Cole.

*Chains ripped apart from the larger muscled arms, flapping motions were heard beating against the confines of the cell. Clawmarks were left behind in the walls as crumbled rocks now lie at the foot of the cell's cot from the gaping hole in the rocky wall.

*The blackness of night quivers, a giant gothic batlike creature spans his wings soaring through the rooftops of the buildings in town searching for something or someone... Wild chocolate brown hair streams behind him in the chilled October breeze between his pointy ears. His eyes glow with a reddened haze, scanning for what it is he's looking for. A tattered black and crimson shirt and robe hang from his muscled frame, arms and clawed legs tucked squarely beneath his body...

Izzzzzyyyyyyyy.... I will find you.... And then....
*Pained cries from the batlike creature can be heard trickling through the shadows of intermingling darkness as the dawn approaches...

In the clocktower, Christy's knees buckle and she suddenly becomes visible screaming in pain. Mac runs to her side placing an arm around her. She looks up with panic in her eyes.

Christy: *looks up in pain* My God, no it can't be.

Mac: What is it?

Christy: Adam....no....*takes her sword and turns shattering the crystal into a million pieces*....Mac eat one. Swallow it whole. You can take it. *Mac eats a piece*

Christy mutters and the crystals disappear from sight

Christy: Let's go. they can't find it. They'll be looking for it still. It holds tremendous power. Oh yeah and welcome back to your powers Uncle Mac.

Mac: Thanks Girlie. The plan?

Christy: Hide the family....and hide them now. Adam's powerful, but I've got one chalk against him.

*both disappear from the room*

Father: *walks into living room* Mother, hey, guess what I arrived at work and...oh...this is probably not the time judging from the fact that the living room is filled with black guards with really sharp knives...
