OK... *Mixes vanishing cream with egg whites and vanilla extract thickening it to milkshake consistency.

Nicky: And sneak into headmaster's office to switch a few wires around during a pep rally. Oh wait, admitting guilt to that isn't a good thing. *Mother goes from completely invisible to somewhat but still rather transulcent* Well at least its an improvement.

Hey... It's OK... Had a hand in rigging those wires from time to time, you ducked out to go meet Ron or whoever you were dating at the time and I went skulking off to sneak a peak at Izzy and the rest of the cheerleaders.

So you're now a bit ghostly, but somewhat visible. Good, just keeping drinking those unvanishing vanilla shakes until you're fully visible.
As for the separation... Might be best to stay that way for now, it gives us the advantage over our new foes. Nicki, I'm trusting you with helping Christy get all her memories back. You can call on some old classmates, they'd probably be glad to be perfectly catty and fill in the blanks on all the pranks we pulled off while trying to keep our good name at that school. Please let me know if anything happens or you get some more information. Have to get to classes now, plus see if my little bat spies can find out some details about this underground entity.

Nicky: Hello Mac.

Mac: What the?? *digs around to find a hidden flask. Checks and sees it's still full*

Mother: You haven't been drinking on my ship have you?

Mac: I didn't have anything to drink! Today

Nicky: *takes the flask and throws it on the floor breaking it into a million pieces*

Mother: You better sit down Mac...*suddenly disappears*

Mac: *eyes grow wide and frantically looks towards Nicky*

Nicky: Oh shoot. This can't be good. *feebly reaches out but feels air. Nicky shudders for a moment* Christy??

Mac: Girlie care to explain?

Nicky: Call Adam...tell him the alter egos have switched...Christy is inside Nicky now. Someone's poisoned me with something. Making Christy sick and Nicky come to the surface. So I'm the me that escaped with Ron years ago out on the sea.

Mac: And your other half?

Nicky: I can feel her...she's faint though and fading fast.

Mac: Girlie why are you getting yourself into these scrapes?

Nicky: I like life to be interesting. Now call Adam! I gotta find Beau and wrangle Moppet outta him. Never could talk to that mealy mouthed version of him.

Jack: *pops in* *looks around* Um, I saw Mr. Moppet earlier...In a van...With his evil as sin mother...Oh man I hope she didn't hear that...Oh, and if you're needing muscle and brute force I'm your man.
