At work, I had to cook for two hundred seniors. There were one or two that had to have everything puréed.. You haven’t lived until you had puréed spaghetti and meatballs.

I don’t know if it’s just a regional chain, but around here there’s a chain called Rita’s. They specialize in Italian ice and frozen custard.
On the first day of spring 3/21, everybody gets a free ice. Not some skimpy little Dixie cup, Ithis is a regular size.And at any given time they have ten flavors to choose from.
The two best I had so far was watermelon or root beer.

We used to have a Rita's downtown, but they've been gone for a number of years now. We have a little area downtown called Market Square (it's kind of like NYC's Time Square, but smaller and cuter), and every summer there's a local Shakespeare troupe that puts on outdoor performances of the Bard's plays (one comedy, one tragedy), and with my mom being a big Shakespeare buff, she likes to go every year . . . but, of course, when it's in the dog days of summer, and the performances are outdoors, intermission would be the time where the crowd would flock to the nearby Rita's for frozen treats.

It’s actually pretty sad how accurate this is:

Much as I love Popeyes I really cannot stand their customer service. Every time I’m in the mood for their food, they give you the most uncomfortable feeling when placing your order.

Never really experienced that kind of service at Popeyes before.

Like I mentioned, the Cajun spices at Popeye’s don’t agree with me. But I do like the hush puppies.
