As for spicy foods? I LOVE eating them! However, the down fall is that I'll have an upset stomach that will make me run to the bathroom.

The only Mexican restaurant I went to was "Block Heads". Had a pork burrito with rice and beans along with tortilla chips and salsa.

Empanadas are another Mexican food I desire.

Had tacos from the school cafeteria back in my school days and they were decent.

Also, anyone heard this rumor years ago that chicken nuggets and chicken wings were made out of RATS?

Not sure . . . I just remember in middle school, our hamburgers always being half pink, and when a kid actually question the lunch ladies about this, they were like, "Relax, it's not really ground beef anyway."

I will eat tortilla chips and some salsa, though I much prefer queso . . . again, I prefer mild, but I can do medium, but like I said, there better be plenty of liquids available.

The thing is, there are different kinds of spice for each cuisine. Indian curry will have a different kick to it than Mexican food or Thai food. I enjoy a little spice (red pepper flakes or hot sauce) on things like Chinese takeout, pizza, wings, burritos, and cheeseburgers. I think I can handle a medium level of spice, perhaps just on the very edge of hot. If there was something on the menu called "The Insanely HOT, Heart-Stopping, Face-Melting Volcano Wings of Death," I'd pass.

And then there are those freakish ghost chilis and Carolina reapers that few people can handle....except for Sean Evans, the host of Hot Ones. He's built up immunity to the Scovilles and barely breaks a sweat during his celebrity interviews. Meanwhile, the celebrity interviewees like Neil Degrasse Tyson, Shaquille O'Neal, Scarlett Johansson, and Gordon Ramsey are drenched in sweat, downing glasses of milk, and cursing him out.

Oh I can imagine Gordon and the others going in on him.
