I can go either way to be honest. I prefer the flour tortilla more though.

I too prefer corn tortillas over flour if I had to choose one over another.

The only "boats" my school ever did was what we students called "cheese in a boat," which was basically these:

The school menu always called them "cheese pizzas" (to differentiate them from actual pizza), but we always called them "cheese in a boat" because of the shape of the bread and everything.

Back in ancient times, we had the same thing. It wasn’t pizza, it was a cheese brick.
Part cheese, part concrete.
