Like I said, just about the only spicy thing I'll willingly ingest is some good buffalo wyngz . . . but there better be plenty of liquids on hand, lol.
And it’s part of the perception Mexican equals spicy. That’s not always the case.
True. Flan isn't spicy. :stick_out_tongue:

I actually have never had flan, but it doesn’t look all that appetizing to be honest. :smirk:

There’s really just three ingredients in flan. Sugar, eggs, and milk. I only made it once, and it came out almost like cheesecake.

Caramel is just melted sugar. You just dissolve it over the stove, but don’t let it burn.
