Or at least make sited that don't work slow and clunky like Hulu or something like that. But they better get with digital or miss out. Of course they never do until the 11th hour.
And then they (the corporate execs, that is) cry when the digital natives find a way to entertain themselves without giving said execs money.

It's like they (the digital natives) always find a way to get things done. It's like there is no stopping this. It's like everybody is always one step ahead of everybody else and the bar just keeps raising.

Yep. And we--incidentally--are part of the digital age, as well, considering we 80's & 90's children were the first to technically use computers for than just technical equipment.

You know... maybe the Chipmunks cartoons on YT wouldn't be endangered if people STOPPED putting up movies and episodes that are available on DVD.

Anyway, who wants to bet talk of a sequal happened as soon as they saw how successful it was opening weekend?

Actually, talks of the sequel began when Ross and Janice began hearing about people asking why The Chipettes weren't in the movie.

And that occured just as soon as the movie premiered, probably.

I think that it's all the big wigs fault that this YouTube thing has happened. I mean, seriously, whoever didn't see this coming from a mile away 5 or so years ago when YouTube first set up shop is a fricken idiot.

But...so soon after the first one, especially since it would be a problem figuring out how to make The Chipettes appear without calling out for the PC police?
Can't they just look how they did in the cartoon? Or are you talking about them not having parents? Because they seemed to have decided their first origin stories don't matter anyway :stick_out_tongue:.

It's just like another bittorent without the PSP downloads . Of course, I don't know how to do the evil ripping from youtube thingie, which is just as well

No, because the boys were CGI, semi-realistic critters in the first movie. Thus, the girls would have to be just the same. The problem? How do you capture animals with human-esque qualities & anatomical parts without offending someone? That's part of what I worry about in the Fraggle film, because with the Fraggles being pantless, the PC police could think that the show send the wrong type of message, if you know what I mean.

But even the CGI boys are pantless and wear their normal tops, I would think they'd just do the same with the girls and have dresses and eyelashes...
And Disney characters don't need pants so I don't see why fraggles would need them, their bodies are covered with fur in the first place
