Are all comments on all YouTube videos turned off now?

It's been like a year or two, and there's still yet to be a resolution to the issue of certain YouTube videos being really small for no reason resulting in having the zoom the page in 110% to see it at a decent or average size.

I never even experienced this issue?

It seems to mostly be an issue with non-HD widescreen vids (480p and below), or any video which has an aspect ratio wider than 16:9.

So apparently Instagram notifications don't work anymore?

So YouTube now has “copyright check” as part of their uploading process, which gives you the opportunity to fix any copyrighted material before publishing your video.

Uploaded a video yesterday and didn't have any issues... Yet.
