Steve is performing him, it's possible it is Kermit. Maybe he got a mole on his face in the movie. (Maybe something bit him..?)
Doesn't necessarily mean it's Constantine.

It looks like that mole probably does mean it's Constantine! A Muppet Mindset reader sent this picture in today of Tina Fey and what is most probably Constantine (the mole is easily noticeable on his face) in some army base or somewhat.

Great pic! I starting to think that Constantine might have a very similar voice to Kermit's voice.

Yeah. We did as Kermit said in his interview. I believe Constantine is performed by Steve Whitmire seeing that we saw a behind-the-scenes video of him in action.
