It's Croaker's son - Joaker.
Wow, so all this time Batman's worst enemy is really the son of Kermit's old swamp buddy. Who knew? That can only mean Robin the Frog is secretly Batman's sidekick.

Are you sure it isn't Croaker's daughter? From this angle, it looks almost like he/she/it/them is wearing lipstick.

Well, I can excuse Croaker, since KSY is a film and not a documentary. Croaker the "Actor" isn't the same Croaker that Kermit presumably grew up with.

What bothers me though, however irrationally, Robin's still an adorable little frog!

I was kind of hoping they'd take advantage of Vogel's casting and make a slightly older looking Robin. I understand completely the reasons why they didn't, but when you have Kermit interviews introducing him as being 55, it makes you realise that Robin must be 43 by now!

What? Croaker shows up in this movie too? Wow- talk about a blast from the past. Great to see obscure and/or forgotten characters showing up, even in quick cameos and/or puppets being used for other characters.
