I actually suggested this in Post #394. I don't mean to rain on everybody's parade and these are all great ideas but everyday I see new posts in this thread and I get excited about seeing some new NEWS on the Muppet mockumentary only to find another post about "If I were in charge of the Muppets . . ." Maybe one of you could start another thread about this and a moderator could move the relevant posts to that thread. That way this thread could remain about upcoming news about the Muppet mockumentary. Don't get me wrong . . . I love everybody's ideas and would visit the new thread everyday but I'm tired of being dissappointed daily about no news.

Hmmmmm... so they shot a pilot, and now what?

I don't want to back track through 11 pages of post (since this is the first I'm hearing of it) so can anyone fill me in on brief details of what this means?

There's possibility it might be the start of a mini series, and later perhaps an on-going series.

But Dave Goelz said he was happy that their now out of the merchandising stage. So I'm sure this will come about. He did say that a few specials are in the works or something. so I sure that is going to happen.

The Muppets have finally keeled over by the Disney blade in their back. Cynical Muppet Fan Marky has officially given up hope for any Muppet project in the future, much less a season 2 DVD set.

Of course, your position is one of lowest common denominator: in the event that ANYTHING comes along, you're better off than not. And there's something to be said for that.
