Love to hear all these creative ideas. It shows that the Muppets can and will work one day again
And so you've come perilously close to my underhanded scheme...
You see... I'm not at all connected with JHC, MHC, Disney, or anything like that. But there are people out there who look at this board and ARE connected. You don't think for a moment that there aren't MHC people who read from here? They'd be really silly not to. THIS is the Muppet CENTRAL... a hub of the most "involved" and dedicated Muppet admirers on the internet (perhaps the world). This is a THINK TANK filled with people who actually CARE about the subject at hand. And all for free.
Its silly to sit back and silently fume all the while expecting someone to read your mind and do what you'd like them to. And believe me, you can't expect good ideas to be simply "common sense". Sometimes, people have to be TOLD what you expect... even if that expectation seems obvious.
It is not presumptuous to give good ideas up to someone in the hopes that they'll use them. It is helpful. Especially if you are honest and positive.
Remember the story of the truck stuck under the bridge? It was a moving van and it had gotten itself lodged under an overpass. The driver, the police, the firemen, the highway repair guys... all of them "professionals" just couldn't figure out how to get the truck "unstuck". When a family came along in their car, one of the children was struck with genius. "Why don't they let the air out of the tires?" They did. The truck was "unstuck" and the problem was solved by an innocent bystander... a young one at that.
All those minds working on one problem. None of them sees the solution.
So, maybe... just maybe, one of us here is sitting on the genius plan. Something that MHC execs haven't even thought of in hundreds of hours of meetings and discussions. Maybe it takes an innocent bystander.
THAT's why all the questions.
