Big Bird: I'll go ask Ryan what he thinks. He always has good ideas. (goes out the back through the nest area and up to Ryan's window) Hi, Ryan! Just wondering what you thought about something. What would you give a robot for it's birthday?

Me: Oh hey there Big Bird. A robot you say? Well, if I were to shop for a robot I'd probably get him a bag of microchips! Get it? MICROchips?! Hahaha!

 

[BEAR]

Big Bird: Oh yeah...(chuckles a little) hehe...heh..heh...(doesn't get it) *ahem* Well, we don't have any microchips, but Bert's got some bottlecaps.
Bert: (voice heard from down the hall) No one is touching my bottlecaps!!

Me: Oh, bottlecaps? Didn't we give all of those to Ally? Heh, just kidding Bert. But up, I'd get the robot some oil or something. Although, I've never spent much time around robots...Except for that weekend I spent on Tatooine with R2-D2...What a weekend THAT was...

Bert: That aluminum amphibean is not getting to my bottlecaps.
Ernie: Gee, Bert. You're not very good at sharing, are you?
Bry: Ernie, leave him alone. Bert, don't worry. Nothing is going to happen to your bottlecap collection.
Bert: My paperclips?
Bry: Maybe those...
Bert: Aah!
Bry: I'm kidding!

Me: *shakes head* Bry, put those two to bed, before you lose the battle. *winks* Anyhoo, the MC Dorms were brought to you today by the letter W and the number 2! G'night everybody!

Bert: The letter W? That's my favorite letter! (singing) "Oh what is the letter we love? What sound are we extra fond of? It's not any trouble, you know it's a W when you hear whuh whuh whuh whuh!" (laughs)
Ernie: Bert, I'm trying to sleep here.
Bry: Oh sheesh...

Heh... Don't you guys know? Never mess with a collector's collection.
He's a bit of a villain, but James from Pokemon's Team Rocket's the only other person/character I've known to be as big a bottlecap buff as Bert.

As for gifts for Robot Kermit... Well, maybe a manual on how to put him back together would work so he'd be in working order for the party. Either that or other trinkets that the real frog might like... Dunno, a battery-powered banjo or digital wristwatch? Or maybe a nice 3D computer graphic photo of him and some of his friends.
That reminds me... Have to call the Satelite Of Love to get some ramchips to munch on. Those things were delicious...

Hey guys... Today's the birthday of an automaton amphibian by the name of Robot Kermit!
Yaey! *Waves arms like the real thing.
He's currently rooming with Layla in Room #18, the party will be held later this evening.

Sure hope he'll be fully assembled and operational by the time we gather together outside their door to start the party.

Nora: Okay, Robot Kermit's birthday is today...break out the robot jokes.
Storyteller: So what DO you give a robot on his birthday?
MN: I was thinking a new set of IBM cards or something.
Nora: Here's a joke: What is a robot's favorite snack?
Storyteller: Oooh, oooh I know this one!
Nora: Microchips!
MN: Here's a joke I heard from Castle of Dr. Brain. What do you do when a robot has a heart attack?
