Oh I'm just dandylions. And chef is good too. He's making talking soup. I'm curious as to what it will end up sounding like.

Prairie:Yeah...I suspected as much! How'd everything go today?
Busy,but OK.My dad had 2 operations today & thank GOD came through them fine. He needs to stay on his back for a few hours though because both were heart surgeries.
Prairie:2?WOW!Your poor dad!
Yeah...one was really early this morning. I didn't go with my mom & sis then.But he had one tonight & I went with them then. I was kind of freaked out while I was sleeping this morning because I kept having little nightmares that he died
Prairie:Oh Kathy*hugging me* Well when you saw your dad this evening you could see that he was very much alive,right?
Right. I'm not going to tell him about those nightmares.
Prairie:Good idea.
I went shopping for some shoes & things for the wedding before seeing my dad today.
Prairie:Great! I know you have trouble finding shoes. How many stores did you go to trying to find a pair?
Just one. It took a few pairs but I found the perfect fit!
Prairie:Excellent news! Want anything to eat or drink? Kath....Kathy....??

Red: So what are your plans?
Not sure yet, but I plan to have fun! I think I'll go shopping, maybe go out with some friends, stuff like that
Red: Sounds good! I might go down to the Rock for a bit this weekend
Oh that sounds fun! Say hi to everyone there for me.
Red: I will! I think we're having a big radish roast on Sunday, so that will be fun!

Why thank you. But now I have other stuff to do! Ohio will be here at about 11 tonight, and I have to have the bathroom clean, the room clean, my laundry done, plus a walk would be nice, and you know what?

Chef: vhet?

Let's just forget it all and hang out in the common room. See who's around. I'm sure glad to hear Kathy's dad got through those operations ok. I know my grandpa has had a lot of operations, and that's tough. There was at least one time my mom actually slept on a couch at the hospital over night.
Now then: to the common room! CHARGE!

UD: Good idea, while you pick it up, I'll go ask Eduardo how much it'll cost to fix this.

Ok. Anyone wanna come with me to pick up the food?

Great I'm stuck with the Arctic fire hazard.

Thanks for telling me Uncle Deadly. Will have to call them back tomorrow to get the oven fixed. Oh, and here's the number for the Chinese restaurant. Just tell 'em you're ordering from MC Dorms, we're pretty much a regular there. Then again, there's also Everybody Eats and Parmessana Pizzeria. The latter specializes in pizzas of all types for all customers, they might even have a pizza for all the guys in your room.
Hope this helps and sleep comfortably knowing there's a bad moon rising.

Yep, sure will D. Then again, it might thunder down here in PR also, given that we're nearing the start of Atlantic Hurricane Season 2005.
The workmen are repairing the oven right now, so please use the fridge and microwave for now.
Got to watch my morning shows today, thank goodness the sillyness with the Electric Energy Providers is finished.

Highlights include the team-up of Fire and Ice on The Batman, and the end of Season 4/Storyline 3 on Yugioh.
Might end up making some pizzas for the dormies later tonight, if the oven's fixed by then. Have a great holiday weekend everyone.
