Kelly: Well, there's also me an' Spike ... *stomps some ants mindlessly, revulsed*

Too late for the picnic? *Brings an extra cherry pie, sets it down delicately. *Some bats feast on the ants now that evening hours are just dark enough for them to fly outside.

Kelly (glomps Ed): THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I DESPISE BUGS!

*Under Kelly's glomp... Oh, so you've turned into a Misty now?

Kelly (to Ed): I told you before ... my fear of bugs is what landed me this scar on my upper lip.... The only reason I don't kill spiders anymore is that I have an uneasy truce ... if they'll eat all the bugs I hate worse, I'll let them live. If they get near me ... or they're bigger than a quarter ... they must die.

 

[The Count]

Is okay... The spiders around here tend to stay in the laundry room anyway, working on seamstress jobs. You know, now that the dorms feel more filled up, I might call on them. Then again, there's Easter fun to look forward to.
UD directs the bats instead.
Count brought pollenta/corn grit squares if anyone wants some.

Kelly: So ... I need to bring my laundry home. Gotcha.

*Some intercom/loudspeaker goes off ... it's Spike's voice* Paging Kel! I know you're aroun' here SOMEwhere! You t'ink you can get away wit' not showin' up? I a'int takin' care o' dis room MYSELF, ya know!

Kelly (listens to Spike's rant): Well, I guess that's my cue. Sounds like it's time to hit the sack. *waves good-bye to everyone*

*Taking a few cookies. Thank you Spammy, I'm sure these'll taste great. *Sipping at some lemonade too.
*Count sits down, idly watching his bats pick off the ants. He starts humming a sort of quiet marching fugue while counting in his head.
*UD has left to consult his sources about the upcoming convention this weekend.
