Cookie: Me can't sleep. Can me please have some milk and cookies before bed?
Bryan: You know the rules. No cookies for 6 more days.
Cookie: But it always put me to sleep.
Bert: I can brew you some tea, Cookie Monster.
Cookie: You going to cook letter T?
Bert: No, not the letter T. I'll make you tea to drink.
Cookie: Oh.
Bert: It sometimes helps me go to sleep. Of course, it doesn't usually last long with Ernie in the next bed.
Cookie: Okay. It no milk and cookie, but me give it a try.
Bert: Careful, it's hot.
Cookie: (Takes mug and sips from it) Blech! What in here? Water and a little baggy on string. That not very satisfying.
Bert: I'm sorry, Cookie Monster.
Cookie: It not your fault, Bert. Thanks anyway. (goes back to bed)
Bert: He's not very happy.
Bryan: I know. Don't you think I feel bad too? Ed wants me to ease off on the punishment a bit, but I think I'm gonna give it just a little more time. Cookie needs to learn. We'll see how he does this weekend. In the meantime, did you hear about the Halloween festivities?
Bert: Oh yeah! I wonder what will happen?
Bryan: I'm sure we'll find out very soon.

Well... I didn't say to completely eliminate his punishment. Just see how he's doing after a few days, and if he's shown good behavior model citizenship under the conditions, well, the decision is ultimately yours Bry. Ooh, I think I'll need some hot chocolate to take away these chills.
*Wakes up after a weird dream, finds Sean's updated and goes over to read to get these images out of my head.

Mimzy: What kind of costumes would you guys usually pick out?
Kim: Well, last year we all had different costumes. I was Sarah Jane Smith, Tosh and Betty Lou were the T'Witches, Betty Lou's penpal Tuktuki was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, Gillis was the Third Doctor and Boober was the Fourth Doctor.
