Ellie: *humming to the tune of Under Pressure* So, do you guys mind if I put on some Queen?

Ernie: I don't mind, you should put on something with lots of drums in it! Speaking of drums, I should play my drum set!

Bert: Ernie, be sure not to play so loud! We don't want to disturb our neighbors.

Ernie: Oh Bert, I'm sure they won't mind!

Susie: Ellie, instead of music maybe you should be doing your history paper...

Ellie: Well, excuse me, mom!

Susie: Ellie! Come on, I'm not old! I just want you to get it done in time.

Bert: Susie, there's no use in worrying.

Ernie: Bert is right, especially since Ellie always pulls through!

Susie:I know guys, but I can't help it!

*Inside, warm and watching football games. * makes hot chocolate for all those who are playing in the snow outside for when they want to come back indoors.

Annie Sue: Teehee! Link, and I had a snowball war all afternoon.

Link Hogthrob: -.- While I was trying to shovel the parking lot.

Annie Sue: *double-takes to the hot chocolate made by the vonderful Count* Oh, Count. May I have some hot chocolate?

Link Hogthrob: Annie Sue... I think I have frost bite. D:

You can actually smell through a stone wall?

*Kris whomps the rat with a large snowball*

Rhonda: Ugh! *shakes snow off* Grrr...you realize, of course, this means WAR!

Pink: War?
Blue: Uh!
Pink: Yip yip yip!
Blue: What good for!
Pink: Nothing, noooope nope nope nope.

Kris: Counting on it! *fastball*

Rhonda: Yeeek! *dives back into fort* Man the cannons! Hoist the yardarm! We're under attack! *snowball comes high over the fort wall to smack the rat* Aaagghh!

*chuckling* Looks more like YOU'RE under attack. You know, hot cocoa sounds good...I don't want my feet to get wet. Mother always said wet feet cause colds, and I hate colds.

Rhonda: Hey! You can't abandon the fort! The natives are restless out there! *another snowball nearly misses* Ack! EAT HOT SNOW, WENCH! *shoots snowcannon*

*Hands over cup of hot chocolate to Annie Sue, leaves one for Link if he wants it.
*An opening from the underground bunker opens quickly, a scaly hand leaving cups of cocoa at both forts before closing up once more.

UD, picking up the tune: Say it again.
War, what is it good for?
It's got only one friend...
*Looks forward to the Phenom's return.

Looks like everyone's having fun out there.

Linda Mezzo: -.- Heh. Thanks, Angie. Ya' know I said I'll dye my hair back to its natural hair color. I'm feelin' too old for fuschia extensions. I might go for somethin' more natural, like light brown, or red.

Ellie: Hey guys, we should do something cool!

Bert: *was reading* Like what?

Ernie: *was about to play his saxophone* Yeah, what?

Ellie: Good question...

Susie: I'm back! *walks into the room* What are we doing?

Bert: Facing boredom head on.

Ernie: And brainstorming what to do about it!

Susie: *nods and sits down on the couch*

Ellie: So bored...*sigh*

That was really nice of the guys in No.1 to give us cocoa. We should repay the favor with something...

It was kind of interesting NOT to be the one repeatedly clobbered.

Kris *opening door to apt* Excuse me, thought I heard the sound of a rude gesture out here?

Rhonda: It was goldbeak there. 'Scuse me, I need a hot bath. Dibs on the tub for the next hour!

*Kris and Newsie look at one another*

Kris: Here's a towel. Go throw on some dry clothes, and let's go see what the neighbors are up to! Someone said something about a movie, and someone else is bored.

*puzzled* Where are you getting this stuff from? I thought I was the one with the news connections!

Dutch pizza? Er...no fish heads, right?

Kris: That was SWEDISH pizza, Newsie. And no, you can have whatever you want for yours. I'll bring a slice back for Rhonda t--

Rhonda: *zipping up perfectly dressed for cold weather, hair stylishly pinned up* Did someone say pizza? Come on, Town Cryer, start bangin' on doors already so we can hurry up and go! All that snowball fighting made me hungry!

Kris: How did she...
