Sure was nice getting that card from Kathy. I'm not much for cards though, guess it's the whole blindness thing. *Shrugs.
*Drops off a few heart cookies (half shortbread, half chocolate coating) at Apt 2. We went to a quick opthalmologist appointment this morning, then had lunch at the sub sandwich place, and finished up by doing the week's grocery shopping (had to pick up my medicinal eyedrops).
The cookies are iced with the recipient's names so noone stealer, takes one not meant for them by mistake. We'll hand out the others tomorrow.

My gosh! Thanks guys! kissing Grover and Chef. Prairie and Rosita do the same. I feel so bad though. I jut have cards for you guys.going to get them but leaving Robin's behind because I bought him chocolate covered flies in addition to a card Here we go! handing them out.

When I get the mail,there's the usual stuff; cooking catalog for Chef , phone bill and Frog Scout magazine for Robin. Then I see a Valentines' Day card addressed to me. Hmmm...interesting. Who'd send me a Valentines' Day card? And do I play Ms. Responsible and open the phone bill first? Well, since Chef called Sweden last month I'd let him open the phone bill. I sneak off to my room and open the card. It's probably from one of my brothers' kids anyway.:
Then again..maybe not...it has two kittens on the front playing & on the inside it says "We'd make a purr-fect match!" There's a message to go along with it:
"Dear Kathy,
Happy Valentines' Day! I had wanted to send you flowers or candy.But a certain young man that we both know might have gotten suspiscious. So I'm still willing to wait if you are, okay?
