*Arrives home after Three Kings Day lunch with family to find a horrid piece of news when logging on.

Calculon Scream: N-O-O-O! ! ! ! !

:batty: What is it?
UD: Came as soon as I heard the scream.
Me: The Muppetcast...
UD: Yes?
Me: It's going to end.
UD: Of corpse it will, all good things...
Me: No! I mean Steve's ending the show this weekend with Episode 212.
*Is in grieving mode.

Well, he may be leaving, but I'm not. The bat's staying.
You hear that Hensonville?
This bat's staying! This bat's staying right here! And so are the Muppets!

Kermit: (coming into kitchen) Hey Ru--are there any more of those...um...Ru? You okay?
Ru: (snapping to a sitting position) I'm awake! I'm reading! I'm going to post in a minute!
Fozzie: (coming into the doorway behind Kermit) Did you find any? I thought there were some cinnamon rolls from this morning...oh. (whispering nervously) What's wrong with Ru--she looks a little, um, er--
Piggy: (barging into kitchen) Honestly! I thought men were supposed to be hunter-gatherers. If I counted on you two to bring food back I'd be, um, er--what on earth is wrong with Ru's hair?
Ru: (mumbling) There's nothing wrong with it. I just, you know, put it up out of my way. The cinnamon rolls are in the tin with the gingerbread men on it.
Fozzie: (worriedly) You put your hair up with a fork?
Ru: It was bothering me! I was reading my textbook--
Kermit: (whispering t0 Fozzie) She was asleep when I came in.
Ru: (irritably) I was not sleeping. I was, I was...contemplating my textbook and trying to get ready to write my post about the chapter we were supposed to read this week.
Piggy: (sweetly) You have sleep lines from your textbook on your face, Ru dear.
Ru: (mumbling) Fine, fine. I was...taking a break.
Kermit: (walking over to the kitchen and turning the burner on under the kettle) Would you like a cup of tea?
Ru: Desperately! Thank you.
Fozzie: I'll get the cinnamon rolls. How about we eat our snack in here with you, Ru? Get you perked up a little?
Piggy: Fix your hair....
Kermit: Piggy!
Piggy: Well, good hair is important for students, too.
Ru: Remind me again why I'm back in school at my age?
Kermit: The joy of learning?
Fozzie: You get to wear a nifty school sweatshirt?
Piggy: Broadens your portfolio.
Ru: Oh...right.

Sheesh, what a night. I'll not be drinking any more of mom's frappuccinos (or her iced insomnia) for at least today.
And to top it off, I had a weird Cool World-esque dream involving a fan-creation. Yep, should get some sleep, but first I gotta wait till the roomies are finished with their turns in the bat-room.

Angie: *lugs in her luggage* Whew! It's great to be home, ain't it?

Annie Sue: Uh-huh! Oh, Link, I am excited to be home with all of our friends, and family. Thank you so muh for inviting me to stay with you. *pecks Link on the cheek* <3

Link Hogthrob: Mhm. Of course, my dear. I am glad someone, like you from afar would live with a handsome, and charming man, like me. *nudges snout to Annie Sue's snout*

Annie Sue: *giggles* <333

Link Hogthrob: What's so funny?

Linda Mezzo: This pad looks neat. Thank you, Johnny for invitin' me to reside with you.

Johnny Fiama: Heh, you're welcome, doll. You'll love it 'ere in Hensonville. Sal!

Sal Minella: *heaves in a hefty crate* Yeah, Johnny?

Johnny Fiama: Is there anythin' on the agenda tonight?

Sal Minella: Lemme see 'ere. *glances at agenda*

January 9th, 2012: Johnny Fiama leaves home, and moves to Hensonville...

... Nope.

Johnny Fiama: Va bene. Thanks, Sal.

Angie: Shall we greet our neighbors?

Annie Sue: I would love to.

Linda Mezzo: Sure. Why not? xP

Sal Minella: Oh, boy--

Johnny Fiama: Woah there, Sally. You're bringing in the crates to the apartment. Is that understood? :skeptical:

Sal Minella: Aww... :c

Room 5 is a disaster zone. The lime tweed recliners are visible, but covered with blankets and pillows and a potted aloe plant that is leaning precariously. Ru walks over and rescues it before it can fall. But all of their belongings are, at least in the room and divided roughly into whichever quarter of the apartment they will be unpacked into. Only Piggy's belongings are nowhere to be seen: they have been 80% unpacked into her room, which has already been aired.
Ru: Okay, guys--this is liveable, yes?
Kermit: (determinedly cheerful) I think it looks homey!
Piggy: (muttering) Said the guy who grew up in a bog.
Fozzie: Sure, Ru--this is, (panting, pushing a few more boxes aside to make a path into the kitchen) you know, um, fine for now.
Ru: And we'll get unpacked a little along, okay?
Piggy: How little? And how long?
Kermit: (putting his arm around Piggy and steering her purposefully down the hall) Here, Piggy--let's go to your room. We'll get your bed set up and your pillows fluffed and you can tell me how to unpack all your shoes.
(Kermit looks behind him to see if getting Piggy out of the way has helped. It has.)
Fozzie: It will look like it always does in no time, Ru--you'll see.
Ru: Okay, Fozzie. I believe you. (looking around and appearing overwhelmed) What do you think we should do first?
Fozzie: Make tea?
Ruahnna: You are such a smart bear!
Fozzie: And, um, Ru?
Ru: Yes, dearheart?
Fozzie: (pulling a battered tin out from behind his back) I, um, packed the sugar cookies where we could find them, so we could have cookies with our tea.
Ru: Such a smart bear! (She walked over and hugs him, visibly relaxing) We'll get everything back to rights soon.
Fozzie: Sure we will. Right after tea!
Ru: Right after tea!

Ellie: We're here! *rolls her suitcases inside* Welcome home guys!

Bert: It's not Sesame Street, but I guess we could give it a try.

Ernie: That's the spirit buddy! We'll have lots of fun here! *pulls out rubber duckie and squeezes him* Even rubber duckie agrees!

Susie Q: *smiles* Wow...this is a bit of a change, but change isn't all bad.

Bert: I agree Susie, especially changes in volume.

Ernie: Yeah the louder the better!

Bert: *frowns*

Ellie: Oh, look, there's Angie! Angie! *waves to Angie*

Susie: And is that...that is Johnny Fiama! *fans herself* Oh, he's such a wonderful singer! I'm his biggest fan!

Ernie: Never heard of him.

Bert: Me either.

Ru: (Posts note on door to Room 5.)

All Frappuccino’s can come and live with us in Room 5!
Cappuccinos welcome too!
And coffee!
In fact, all caffeinated beverages are welcome for the forseeable future.

Ru: There--that ought to do it! I wonder if Kris has any of that pumpkin coffee left....
