Dave seems nice. I don't doubt for a moment that he doesn't read the mail. Just we didn't get a response. Probably got lost in the mail (his or ours).

Well if it's been more than a year or so, I'd say probably. But these things do take time, and you need some patience (on both times I wrote to Dave it took 3 to 3 1/2 months from the time I sent the letter off to the time I got a response)...

I doubt very much the Muppeteers read the email at all. If you snail mail it and address it to them personally i'd think they keep that and read it occasionally though.
