Bumping this thread up cause this now made me wonder: Considering “Women Can Be” and “Telephone Rock” (both season 6 segments) had an old Green AM Muppet lady in front of a purple background, I’m wondering if her bits as the telephone operator in the latter were taped right after the filming...

It’s fine to be excited for a new series, the issue is any forms of criticism we have to how the Muppets have been treated under Disney’s “care” have come off personal on your end.

This song is seriously so catchy. I can’t even remember if I ever saw it as a kid or not.

His profile got hacked apparently (he said so on his Deviantart page). Yikes.

1) Why even bump up this old thread when it’s very clear we’re never getting this series in any form of commercial media? 2) At the end of the day it sucks but it is copyright life. Licensing this stuff for home media or any form of commercial releases is much more costly than just showing it...

I’m going to be real with you in the most honest and respectful way possible. I really am convinced now seeing your past history with how you’ve presented yourself with this that you just enjoy blowing things out of proportion for the attention.

This very underrated song that only aired once honestly puts me in such a good mood.

You can be excited for something while still having extremely low expectations. That’s what I was saying in my original post. Of course I’m excited for new Muppet material. I just hate the way Disney continually spits in our faces with how they treat the franchise.

Respectfully there is a difference between “personal attacks” vs putting someone in their place. And honestly Phillip? I can’t even take a single thing from you seriously with the lack of contribution you give here with this otherwise dying forum regarding making sure everyone is safe. I’m...

No, it was already confirmed they’re updating their catalogue with the episodes. They’ll be back up publicly soon.

And you can keep projecting yourself all you want. Mr. “I’m never grateful whenever Sesame Workshop offers new, never released to the public episodes legally” 🤷‍♂️

The Thomas community is divided by these groups of people far as I'm concerned: Cool people Cool creative people Creative people who are narcissistic and need constant praise for it Immature fans who will argue over stupid things like which narrator is better or which toy brand is superior...

On that note, I was VERY surprised to find out “Drip Tank” was actually considered for season 2 but dropped. What just baffles me though is why it was listed as episode 16 since it serves as part two from Percy’s quarrel with Thomas in “Thomas, Percy and the Coal” AKA “Double Trouble” in...

Yeah, I got some Thomas fans getting on my *** over the fact that I questioned the original letter on why this person thought the engines had romantic feelings for each other. They don’t. They’re just aromantic asexual engines who just want to enjoy each other’s company in a friendly way and...

Your best bet there is probably myspleen or some form of pirating.

I’m sure he would have liked them. Personally I think Muppet fans are guilty of using him as a weapon to say how “Sesame Street” or “The Muppets” have gone downhill since his passing and it’s really unfair to him since he’s dead.

Whatever. I’m not gonna go back and forth with you on this. You clearly seem to take any criticism about how Disney handles the Muppets personally, so I’ll leave you with that.

If y’all want my honest opinion, the 2020s is honestly the worst time to be a Muppets fan (heck, I’d even say “Sesame Street” for that matter given the direction the show is going in now). We already got two shows cancelled this decade out of pure pettiness. Yes. Pettiness. The cancellation of...

Okay, I’m sorry for expressing my annoyance with how poorly repetitive Disney treats a franchise I’ve loved since childhood. 🤷‍♂️ When companies continually disrespect shows people love, fans are going to publicly complain online. Welcome to the internet.
