It's too early to tell, for me. In terms of exposure, I'd say Cookie Monster is practically the new Elmo (weird sentence, I know). Elmo used to be all over the place, but now, Cookie Monster is pretty much the face of a lot of the show's promotion.

She does, but only for a couple of lines.

They also didn't talk about Mike Quinn or Louise Gold or the Five Man Electrical Band. You're really reading between the lines for absolutely nothing.

It could just be Leslie in a wig; she's prone to doing quirky things.

I thought the street story was fine enough; nice to see the Martians do something prominent. Hopefully, they'll be back some more. Something about the direction or editing of the stories has been really sloppy. The camera moves and shots aren't as good as they have been. And the sound effects...

Uh huh. Those two situations are very comparable.

:sigh:

Good. This is probably my favorite comedy today and I'm almost never disappointed each week. This week's episodes were particularly great.

I dunno about Carol. She's a writer for the show now, so these must have been some power shift. But this seems good. Brown Johnson sprung from nowhere and this guy has been around the show for awhile.

It was fine, I guess. It flowed well, at least. I really liked Matt as the hair stylist. Still not liking these short, lousy songs. Interesting that both the new Foodie Truck and EW had Baby Bear cameos. Nice to get him involved. And I loved Gonger's little, "What is my life?!" Nice animation...

Here's something of interest to anyone who liked Muppet Classic Theater - high-quality Mup3s of the songs (with a few bonus surprises): https://mega.nz/#F!xMRQXJDa!RDNRipvX_Xj-pCBrKZ4nhw

FRIENDS.

Johnny has always been involved in dozens of things at any given time; he's really busy. Johnny would probably have been a little more likely to get more often than Steve was becoming, but I doubt he would've been able to commit.

I have. I think it might be connected to using an ad blocker.

I guess I'll second Spike Lee as a low one. Probably some of the worst acting I've seen on the show.

Kinda lame all around. Rushed street story that Kate McKinnon couldn't save, boring choice of inserts (including throwing in something originally meant for Youtube). Nice to get a little Telly and hear Jerry's Count again (they really should've shot more with him while they still had the...

All the songs off that album are from the show; there's no reason one random Little Chrissy song would be an original. And just because it aired in a season 23 ep, remember, that's the earliest known appearance. It's copyright dated 1989, so it's from season 21. The album came out in 1990, and...

It was definitely on the show first.

I don't really ship things when it comes to this show, which is very much unserialized anyway. All I remember is that Helga just has an unhealthy obsession with him because he was nice to her when other people weren't. I don't see any reason he should have any feelings for her.

I just finished the first season and now most of it make sense (except for stuff based on the second season). And yes, this is an internet exclusive thing. Since they won't be doing these types of things on the show anymore, they're doing them exclusively for the web.
