As far as I can remember, certain movies would be released "in select theaters" only, mostly because the movie might have controversial themes, or perhaps certain theater franchises and local theaters opt not to release them.
However, I've noticed TWO movies in a row that are being released...
The Nostalgia Critic recently did a "Top 11 Villain Songs" video, and number ten (or nine maybe) was "Shiver My Timber" from MTI; it was actually quite amusing how when he came to the Inkspots performing a verse in the song, he simply refered to them as "Whatever the heIl those are."
Indeed Davo!
Got your e-mail last night, but Yahoo! is STILL being a ***** right now, and I wasn't able to access the URL you sent, let alone completely read your message before the invasing "Operation Aborted" windows popped up.
But nonetheless, I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll...
Yeah, I just recently saw an undubbed version of Big Bird in China, and there's a big difference, but I could tell that even before hand, thanks to taping an Unpaved episode, and seeing the Camp Echo Rock eps on YouTube last year.
It'd be the same case as not using his or Richard's Elmo...
Someone previously mentioned how Big Bird used to have those colorful oil barrels in his nest area... I'm wondering if since I've given the scale a mix of old school and new school if I should give Big Bird his barrels back?
That's true, y'know?
In all honesty, I don't believe I ever detected any radical differences in a character's voice one day, then another as a really young child, but I did understand as I got older (about the same age that Super Scooter pointed out) that if there's a difference in a...
Yes! Yes! YES! I LOVE that one too! I'm honestly surprised that quite a few re-released home videos of SST actually retain this logo, because most of them have been replaced with the pastel-animated logo of the gang apparently building something under the street sign, that turns out to be a...
For the record, I like closing logos so much that I design and animate all my own as well; I'm happy that I've received a bit of positive reviews regarding what I call "The Funky Typewriter" logo I've attached on select Steve D'Monster videos, though it has since been retired and I'm ready to...
One logo that used to bother me as a kid was the old Harmony Gold logo that was used for a Halloween special with Raggedy Ann & Andy (and apparently some Zulu mini-series my parents watched).
It wasn't scary or annoying or anything, I just never liked it... not sure why...
Yes, but a lot of classic E&B moments HAVE been updated/reshot to make them look less dated... like the L song. "Imagination" was completely redone with new acting and even a newly composed version of the song that sounded more brassy and less lullabyish.
I thought one of the main reasons Jim wanted to take Kermit off SST was because of TMS, and wanted to avoid people mixing/confusing the two shows because of his crossover appearances.
We even ended up with that character Herbert Birdsfoot, who was intended to be his "replacement", as far as...
I taped his sketch with Dr. Phil fighting over who's show was rightfully theirs; I'd post it on YouTube, but my D drive has gone to pot, and I wouldn't be able to.
I WOULD however LOVE to see the appearance Dr. Feel, Elmo and Big Bird made on Dr. Phil a couple of months before the Season 35...
