Yes, I've lost count of how many stupid videos I've found that have "porn" in the tags. While I haven't used words like that, I may go a little overboard like if there are specific cultural references in a video I've made, I'll add those to the tags, otherwise, not so much.

I've noticed that the video tags have now been hidden from public view on all videos... I guess too many people were complaining about some users going overboard on the tags (something I'm guilty of on occasion).
