one quick thought, while you can paint on dried latex, it doesnt realy work well unless u are using the roper paints,
a easy way to make a fleible paint for latex is to use RUBBER CEMENT, that u thin out with RUBBER CEMENT THINNER, add your tinit to it, and paint on top of the latex piece...
u can use almsot anything to tint latex, arcilc paints will work , so does universal paint tints, food coloring, or you can buy the more expensive latex tints from a proffesianl makeup supplier

you have to remember that the Henson company is going to give you the most PR friendly answers that they can, as for the shop, sure we are friendly, but we also tend to be a bit more reaslistic about things, we go to work do our job, weather we like a project or not, as far as the general public...

he was built by STEWART FREEBORNE, not the JIM HENSON COMPANY,
just because Frank puppeteered and did a voice does not a muppet make.

well they finally rebuilt the dog , so this year you should see some new pics of him filtering in, all those puppets were rebulit by the new york shop, but were originaly built by Kermit Love, the man who made big bird what he is today(he re-designed him in the early seventies when he worked for...
why make it a sticky, its not like some major event,
he isnt doing the oz movie because he has to do sesame and he'll loop his charaters later, whats the confusion?
this happenes in productions all the time, sometimes thier are scheduleing conflicts, its not like he has all his puppets in...
thanks, yeah i noticed that glitch as well, must have something to do with compression of the file , anyway , was pretty cool to see my self on tv , that was a first for me.
