You should really check out Puppets Who Kill. No US network will carry it because they say it's either "too Canadian" or "too vulgar" but it's really brilliant in a subversive kind of way, especially the second season. It's not for the faint of heart - there's no "full puppet nudity" or anything...

They also can't make the characters look *exactly* like Kermit for legal reasons.

I believe Henson has approval on all of the "outsourced" puppet/costume building work on all their projects, both in-house and licensed.

Warner Bros has launched the official site for the movie at http://batmanbegins.warnerbros.com/ all there is for now is a stylized Bat logo. Hopefully they'll have more up soon.

Not sure what green means....red is that you're online I think. I'm set up as invisible for some reason so that probably explains the blue.

Probably what you want to do is "drape" the foam with the fabric and then try to figure out where to make cuts so the fabric will fit together properly. Sorry there's not really any good tutorials on this that I've seen. Someone with more sewing experience than I have could probably explain it...
