    Big changes for Season 36

   I had a few choice words for `ya - that thankfully MC would change to ***** - because I almost included some of this in a legitimate blurb about Sesame news I was writing for my blog. Thankfully I went back here to check the source of the info and read the last line...

    Muppeteer interviews at Film Threat

Just started reading through the Dave Golez interview...when did you write these? Have they been published before?

JHC and HIT establish worldwide distribution and production venture

It's probably a safe bet the original version of Emmett (with Kermit) will never see the light of day again.

    Canada Goes To War!

Hey, hey, hey. We're not all fancy like the Danish fleet. We have to wait for the spring thaw. :p Actually Canada has been protesting this for years. It became big issue this time because the National Post reported it and the Conservative Party has been raising the issue in Parliament. The...

    Batman Begins...

Holy bat-crap! You just knew this movie was too good to be true...they've turned the Batmobile in to the Bat-Tractor. Someone in another forum summed it up best - "I think that's what Batman uses when he has to tow his Bat-Combine and harvest his bat-wheat." Check it out ~...

    Tough Pigs Troubles

I have not had any problems accessing the site during the past week...any problems with the forum are caused by Delphi and they're not really Danny's fault.

    Canada Goes To War!

We have some decent surface ships - actually the HMCS Montreal (which is assigned to that region I think) can do some serious damage, but it's no good in the ice. We have at least the one working sub, but I don't think they can afford torpedoes. We could bump in to your ship with the sub though...

    Canada Goes To War!

Yeah, the National Post broke the story up here a few days ago. Alot of Canadians have taken real offense because the Island has always been part of Canadian territory and are furious a European nation is doing this because hundreds of thousands of Canadians (and Americans too of course) served...

The Count on MSNBC Tonight (March 31st)

According to Halfway Down The Stairs, The Count is scheduled to appear on MSNBC's Countdown with Keith Olberman March 31 at 8 pm eastern. Sound be fun! :sing: (because I couldn't find a more appropriate Jerry Nelson character)

    Canada Goes To War!

Canada Goes To War! (well, not really) I've posted this in a few of the forums I frequent. This is such a bizarre little story that I had to share. It's kind of funny, kind of sad and really highlights the problems with Canada's military. Here in Canada we're all ticked off and having a...

    Sesame Puppets @ Indigo

This is for Canadian fans, Chapters/Indigo is running a promotion right now where they take 20% off all children's merchandise, which includes some new Sesame puppets by Ganz they seem to have gotten in the past few weeks. The characters available include Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie, Oscar, Bert...

Ah...you may have defeated my Southern Hook Palm technique, but can you defeat the 1000 styles of Rumsfeld? Kung-Fu fans will get a kick out of this. :zany:

Muppet parody puppets on Crank Yankers

Ah, Ron Binion's site mentions Den I think. Should have caught that sooner. There's more pics from the set here too I see. I'm assuming Rick did not do season 2 or 3 in LA?

    Full-body costume puppets

Typically a puppet (or costume) for a touring show is much more rugged and easier to maintain than the TV version for practical reasons.

    Animal Knockoff on Ebay

What he's doing is illegal in just about every country except China and possibly Beruit. You could get away with it in Isreal because they tend not to enforce copyright laws because they have bigger problems (terrorists, etc.). Come to thing of it, Tztz could get himself a nice little sideline...

Muppet parody puppets on Crank Yankers

Thanks for clearing up that Artie...there has been some press and industry stuff that made it out like Funny Garbage actually ran the shop, which never made any sense to me - why hire them with so many capable builders and companies in LA? I suspected they either hired a lot of experienced...

    Batman Begins...

I've read various "script reviews" and plot summaries that have hit the `net and it sounds pretty good. The overall tone reminds me of some of the early drafts of the original movie.
