<sits rather impatiently waiting for the final chapter>
Good to see Ivan is successful. Good to hear the Muppets are successful. But I want to see them. Tell me I can see them. Please?
Well y'know, that's actually one of the problems I've been having here. In realy life, according to my encyclopedia, frogs lay thousands of eggs, but most of those eggs don't make it to full adult frog-hood. Some of the eggs are eaten, others just plain don't hatch, some of the tadpoles get...
Ooh, this is great, this is great, this is absolutely WONDERFUL! I love the cheese begging Kermit for help, and Pops saying he wouldn't have seen Piggy, and Zoot trying to fly the spaceship because he couldn't find his saxaphone, and Pops saying they could have used Crazy Harry in WWII, and...
<blink>. Well. I'd say that's a pretty good reason to disappear. Hope you're feeling better, bobhopesite. Really, truly do, and I'll be praying for you.
Y'know, I saw the title of this thread and I said to myself, "A month of weirdness? Isn't that EVERY month?" Which I guess just goes to prove your point even more!
Ah, yeah, good ol' O'Hare. Flown into and out of there twice, picked people up and dropped people off there um... a LOT of times. But I can't really testify as to how big it is... I don't have much to compare it to. I know the one in Seattle felt kind of smaller, but I don't really have any...
You want terrible Muppet fan? I'll give you terrible Muppet fan. I've seen The Muppet Movie a grand total of ONE time. And that was at a birthday party, while being so distracted by conversation that I thought it was Sweetums who scared Doc Hopper away at the end. I've never seen Muppets...
Chapter ten
Evening in the swamp had always been Kermit’s favorite time. No one was exactly sure when it had started or who had started it, but it had somehow become a tradition that the evening was alone time for all the couples in the swamp. Each pair had their own special place to resign to...
<applause> Excellent nagging. Now if you could be minorly patient. I finally finished writing the next chapter today. So I will now type it up and copy and paste it and make little edits and hit "submit" and there it will be!
Alright. First of all, the whole dialogue between you and the Newsman was PRICELESS! Oh man, it was SOOOOOOOO funny and I really, really, REALLY needed a laugh. Hugs to you for that!
And now you have me absolutely captivated in at least- at LEAST two story lines here. I wanna know what happened...
It's so touching to see Fozzie and Gobo singing that together. It's just so... so incredibly touching. <sigh> Death sure has changed the frog a lot. Where's the old Kermit.
Like I said, prawncracker, incredibly touching. Incredibly, incredibly touching.
Rowlf: Hey Ed, Lisa's in bed already, but she wanted me to tell you that she's seen the story. She hasn't had a lot of time to comment lately, though. Oh, and Ryan, Lisa also said that she can't get mad at you for not posting more of your story because she hasn't posted more of hers. And well...
I'm not so sure Miss Piggy's changes in attitude are such a sign of aging- I know I sometimes change my attitudes about certain things more often than she changes her clothes.
But on the other hand, when we're figuring out Muppet ages, we have to keep in mind that some of them might just be...
Me, I'm from Illinois. I'd say I'm about... oh... halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee. Ish? Okay so I'm not sure about that. I know that I'm closer to the Wisconsin border than I am to Chicago.
Gah, would you people quit pulling Ziffels on me?!?
YOU MEAN I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE?!?!?!? Which half have you seen? Because I keep hearing (well, reading) that Kermit kisses Piggy at the end, and I feel like I'm the only one who's never seen that kiss...
Identical twins, to be exact. Very interesting, but... <shrug> Keep in mind that in GMC Kermit and Piggy's romantic life is a fairly major sub-plot. (a major sub-plot? Isn't that an oxy-moron? Oh well.)
