That epilogue really tops it off so perfectly, Ru. Darn near brought tears to my eyes (in a very GOOD way), and believe me, that's no easy task for the written word. I really like what you've done with my Maggie here, and the depth that you've added to her, and I do not hesitate to...
You might DIE? Oh, GOODNESS! Well, I must say that I'm flattered, and I certainly don't want to cause any- ...er, um... I don't want to cause any- MORE deaths, than the plot... calls for... <ahem> :halo:
<HUGS!> I'll see what I can do, but I don't have much time on my hands these days...
<crawls out from under seat>
Me? A wembler? I am? Well, gee, if you guys think so... I don't know, though, am I really? I guess I kind of am... Well- Thanks for the award, everybody! I think...
Oh, wow... Thank you! I must say that, considering I distinctly remember beating my chest with guilt after posting at least one chapter of Heart of Gold because of what I'd done to the characters... I am very grateful for this award. And I can assure you that if- no, WHEN- I get back to this...
OOOH! YAAAY! <dances a bit> Thank you, Storyteller. Thanks, voters! Now you guys are gonna go and make me feel all guilty for not posting in a while. I guess I'll have to see what I can do about that... One of these days.
<pulls out piece of paper> <reads> YAAAAY! We're both very honored to receive this award. We'd like to thank...
...<ahem> That's all my half of the speech says. The rest will have to wait until Prawnie wakes up. But since my Half is asleep, and I am therefore half-asleep, I think I'll go to...
WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<MAJOR HUGS!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Absolutely wonderful, Ru. ABSOLUTELY. WONDERFUL.
And that's about all I can think to say right now, due in part to your lovely lovely writing, and in part to the fact that I haven't had peanut butter in a...
Hey look, the "More please" thing worked. :p
Poor Boober, getting laughed at for believing a Doozer... <sigh> <HUGS DOOZERS!> Poor guys, stuck in a cage! And Wembley and Red and Gobo and Sprocket, all curled up in the box... I loved the goodnights, by the way.
MORE PLEASE! ...But could we...
Oh, boy, do I know the feeling, Wembley. :coy:
In other news, the exploration of the mailbox was quite amusing, as was the scene as a whole.
I very much enjoyed Cotterpin's scene, especially the first two lines. Run, little Doozer, run!
As for Cantus, Mokey, and Boober... Awesome...
...Please excuse me while I try to remind my brain to function.
...Wow. Wow wow wow. Wow. Wow. I... very distinctly remember receiving many of those lines... (and digging and digging to fire back and getting rather frustrated with only having one story to line from) and wow... Hasn't...
<Collapses>
...<Ahem> So, I get back from class, after battling crazy weather, and I have some dinner, and I should do homework, but I happen to wonder, "Hm, is anything interesting going on at MC?" And lo and behold, I scroll down a bit, and see that Ziffel has posted recently. I blink, many...
WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE <GLOMP>
<Ahem> <Dances around>
Foistuvall, dat was an AWESOME false alarm t'ing you had going at da beginning of da chapter with Gobo. NICE.
And Sprocket, in and of himself, is AWESOME, and quite nicely written. Love him picking up Wembley at the end of...
Yes. Between Post #6 and Post #7, the executives changed the rules on us, and now we e-mail our votes to either Prawnie or Ed. Or both, if we feel like trying to confuse them, though I wouldn't suggest it, because they've both got plenty to do outside of the awards, and it just wouldn't be nice...
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! AWARDS AWARDS AWARDS AWARDS AWARDS AWARDS! WHY MUST I HAVE HOMEWORK? I come vote later! After math and government and witchcraft. ...So... very late tonight, most likely.
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<HUGS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Beau, I know how hard it is to be away from your family when this kind of thing happens; it really seems at least twice as scary when you're not there. I've been keeping you and your family in my prayers, and I sincerely hope that everyone fully...
