Bert: That aluminum amphibean is not getting to my bottlecaps.
Ernie: Gee, Bert. You're not very good at sharing, are you?
Bry: Ernie, leave him alone. Bert, don't worry. Nothing is going to happen to your bottlecap collection.
Bert: My paperclips?
Bry: Maybe those...
Bert: Aah...
Big Bird: Oh yeah...(chuckles a little) hehe...heh..heh...(doesn't get it) *ahem* Well, we don't have any microchips, but Bert's got some bottlecaps.
Bert: (voice heard from down the hall) No one is touching my bottlecaps!!
Big Bird: I'll go ask Ryan what he thinks. He always has good ideas. (goes out the back through the nest area and up to Ryan's window) Hi, Ryan! Just wondering what you thought about something. What would you give a robot for it's birthday?
Bry: Robot Kermit's birthday? What do you give a machine on its birthday?
Big Bird: Depends. What do machines usually like?
Telly: That machine on your desk likes to eat paper, but he usually spits it out. So maybe he doesn't like it that much.
Bry: That's a printer, Telly.
Bert: I...
Ernie: Great Rubber Duckie Caper! That's right! Oh boy, that was the best one! I reread it to Rubber Duckie all the time, especially when he has trouble sleeping. Right, Rubber Duckie?
RD: *Squeak squeak*
Ernie: By the way, Count. Did you get that sea lion picture Bryan sent via pigeon?
Ernie: I wonder when Ryan's gonna do a story about us again.
Big Bird: Yeah, the last one was The Revenge of Elmo if I remember right.
Telly: Oooh that one was scary!
I remember The Muppet Babies always having the greatest songs. They had atleast one in each episode I believe. What were some of your favorite musical moments?
Also, if anyone has any Muppet Babies songs to share, that would be great! I have absolutely no MB songs and would like to start...
Big Bird: What a great party yesterday.
Telly: Yeah, I'm still pumped.
Bry: Well there will be plenty more birthdays coming up. I just hope The Count enjoyed himself last night. It seemed like he did. I forgot to give him another gift I've been saving specifically for The Count.
Big...
I was thinking of stories and lessons. Cures for the soul really. Thought it was spelled the same way and was the same word. I guess it was a spelling error more than anything.
Thanks, Kim, for that song I was looking for. It's great! Any other Muppet Babies songs that someone would be willing to share with me. I'll take anything because I don't have ANY of the Muppet Babies songs.
Yeah, it's "The Song of the Count", but I adjusted a few of the pronouns and verbs a bit because we were singing it about the Count as opposed to the original version when the Count sang it about himself.
Glad you enjoyed the party, Count. Goodnight now.
Bry: And now, before this party comes to an end, we'd like to present a special tribute song to our friend, The Count Von Count. Happy birthday, buddy. Hoots, if you please...
(Music starts)
You know that he is called the Count
Because he really loves to count
He could sit and count...
