I am going to ask that this thread be closed by Kevin for 2 reasons:
1. This well intended thread that should be for wishing Administrator Phillip Chapman a happy birthday has turned extremely negative in more ways than one.
2. There is already a great thread made called "Happy Birthday...
*knock knock knock*
Bert: (opens door) Oh, Hello!
Prairie: Hi!
Rosita: Hola, Bert!
Bert: I understand you are staying over again.
Rosita: Si. Kathy is going to be away for a week on a cruise.
Prairie: Oh, I am so jealous, but I'm happy for Kathy. She deserves the vacation.
Bert...
Bry: Well, Ernie and Telly are off to the game and...Oh man...
Big Bird: What's wrong?
Bry: Grover's birthday party is tonight and I won't be able to make it. I have a very important recording session tonight for a show. You guys all should go ahead though. Make sure you give him the...
Bry: (still dancin around) Hey, Ed! I did get the message. Will look over it a little later. Thanks!
Big Bird: (soft-shoeing)
(Bert, Ernie and Telly walk in)
Telly: Hey what's with the dancin'?
Ernie: Who cares, it looks fun! (starts shuffling around)
Bert: Hey, let's all do the...
Bry: Well, we got half this room decorated some.
Big Bird: What now?
Bry: Let's dance!
Big Bird: Okay!
(Upbeat music starts and Big Bird and I start dancing around the room and having fun)
Bry:
When I hear this music playing
Suddenly my feet are saying
Turn around, and turn...
I dunno, Snowthy. I understand you're intentions and where you're coming from, but I'm sorta on the fence with this one.
I don't believe that a real death should be ignored. For example, if something tradgic happened to one of the regulars here such as Beauregard or Ed (The Count), or...
And aside from Paul Williams, there are a lot of other great songwriters that could give them some fresh material. Disney already has a perfect candidate on their staff with Alan Menkin!
Bry: Hmm...I wonder if Ed got my messages from yesterday. Oh well... You guys all ready for your classes today!?
(Bert, Ernie, Telly all come out of their rooms ready to go to class)
Bert: I'm ready!
Ernie: I'm ready too!
Telly: As ready as I'll ever be! (Telly comes out wearing his...
I agree, I'd like to see the next one focus on the Muppets themselves again (like the first 3) rather than a parody/adaptation. They started to go back to that again with Muppets from Space, but even that lacked the great musical numbers.
Bill Baretta won't mainly because he is not all that recognizable yet and he is still fairly new to the Muppets. Wanted to get that out of the way first.
I think Steve Whitmire's would be interesting especially since he has gotten to see the company grow for so long. He was just a kid when...
(sitting out in the livingroom area having another late-night chat)
Bry: Well, it seems the craziness has settled down a bit since this morning and yesterday.
Hoots: Not so sure about that. Cookie Monster is still invisible.
Bry: Oh right...I guess the craziness will never totally go...
Bry: Hey, Kyle! Sure, I'll watch the guys tonight. i actually have to go out for a while, but they can just play in our room until I get back.
Ernie: And then we'll play some more! Khekhekhe!
Bry: That's right!
So good of you to point this out! Thank you for expressing your feelings on said member. Many people have had problems with his rude posts and responses. It's not just those of us who have been here for a long time that have observed the behavior but also a very new member. I appreciate you...
Remember Kingston Livingston III? He was a 90s African-American Muppet boy. He seemed to have been the revived version of a Roosevelt Franklin type (that's another Kevin Clash Muppet we forget about). He was the hip, "do things my own way" character. Sort of the Black representation among...
Anyone know when Bernice the Pigeon first appeared? A year/season would be helpful, but an episode number/airing date would be even more helpful. Also looking for the debut of Radar the teddy bear.
