Yeah I did see that, Kiki! I've always loved Super Grover, Frank Oz has a spot on sense of humor. Though, when I was little I don't remember Super Grover being so inept, I actually thought he was solving problems!
"It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a meatball!"
What else did you like about...
You're right, I'd like to see mostly that kind of thing as well. I don't like reading gossip. However, interviews shouldn't just be white washes. I personally would like to know what people thought of that controversial scene as well. And yeah the question was worded perfectly. :)
Yeah I know, I wish kids on the playground would do that more often! (the solving the problem part, not the fighting part, hehe).
Oh and yeah that's awesome that your brother said that, ilikemuppets! :)
Yup, anything with Forgetful is great!
This is another youtube Sesame Street clip I was holding on to since last Christmas, Super Grover at his best! (I bet Richard and Jerry had fun doing this sketch!)

Yeah Charlie was very cute, though he didn't get to say much. I like when Harvey says he plays a good cigar box guitar or something and Charlie says, "I really do! Uh...my mom says." :)
I loved Baby Fozzie, he made me want to be a comedian as a kid. I liked how he didn't quite get it when he wasn't funny. Also Baby Gonzo, because he was different but proud of it!
Hi, Jenn! Cool that you like Richard's work too, hope you enjoy the club!
Lol, yeah I love that clip, ilikemuppets! My favorite part is when Forgetful tries to go over the door and falls! "Everybody frolic!" lol
I love that movie, so funny!
(1) What is your first Muppet Central memory? When was it? I posted for a little while in 2002, I was looking all over for classic Sesame Street stuff at the time. The first thread I found was "SS Sketches that Scared You." I had a huge list, and no one I knew ever...
You know, that's why I love Gladys' "I'm Proud to be a Cow" song. She admits that she often imagines being something else, but in the end she wouldn't change who she is. It's like her "Bein Green." That's a very relevant message, especially today. :)
I just got finished watching The Muppet at Walt Disney World Again. I'm even more convinced that "Bein Green" is more Kermit's personal theme. Kermit gets to sing "Rainbow Connection" with Raven-Symone, no problem. But when he attempts to sing "Bein Green" because it's a classic "swamp song"...
I do think DVD should have both options, that would make things easier!
Hmm, well both options have their pros and cons. Either way, you'll be missing something. But either way, you'll get something new!
I'm glad other people liked MFS, honestly. I wish I felt the same way, but my first time seeing it was painful and embarrassing. My personal moral is, I don't have to enjoy everything the Muppets put out, it doesn't make me any less of a fan. :)
