There's no other reason left to cut it, if that's the case. If it's a likeness issue with some kids or something, they can easily blur their faces out like they do in the Transformers DVD's with the commercial bonus features.
Are they going to bleep out any of the underscores of the theme song?
Seriously... How can a TV show NOT OWN it's own theme song? I'd love to see someone explain that one.
Edit: To clarify.. how can a TV show not own its own theme song if it's specifically written for it, and not using a...
I'm sure once it hits the 90's, or at least the last set, they'll drop the title. Though, to be fair, the 90's episodes are over 20 years old at this point.
Confirmation of Classic Cuts is all I need.
I don't see why they can't. Don't they OWN their own theme song? That's rediculous.
However, the reviewer did forget that the credit crawl was only Fridays at that point, so something may just be wrong with the review.
I hope finished script means finished script. I'm sure they'll work everything out by the time shooting begins.
I just hope they have a good place for this movie.
There's a LOT more t-shirts and kids books and the like than usual. The T-shirts are basically current slang and an "every day I'm, Shuffling." Not to mention the first licensed comic book since the Whitman/Gold Key era. I'm sure when that movie rolls around, we'll see more. it's not really...
So that basically answers my question. They had prechosen endings, so they only needed the standard amount of reels. Jim's vision wouldn't have worked unless the films were put together in a certain way and shown at specific theaters with the variations, like that film.
And then when VHS and...
Garfield's heyday was the 80's and 90's, where there was a LOT of merchandising. I actually have some old Garfield stuff that had his early 80's appearance. Somehow, I haven't really seen any Garfield stuff since those awful movies (not the DTV ones). Except Jim Davis let them license a comic...
Not a fan of Blue, either... but his was far more organic than Dora the Explorer. That's the one that broke kid's television. Of course, the show is supposed to be a computer game somehow, and it would have worked better as a computer game.
Still, the idea of a movie that has different...
I'm disappointed Lionsgate did only a fraction of what they could and just completely dropped the ball after the Henson's Place documentary release. They could very well have been a liaison between Disney and Henson, since they were releasing those really bad Disney (or rather ABC) produced...
There are those who rubber stamp their names on forms to get stuff made to get as much money as possible. Then there are those who feel that any merchandising is like that. C&H deserves classy, limited release merchandise. Too bad since the creator doesn't want that, we get shirts that insult...
CGI backdrops I have no problem with. The Muppets work well with them. Puppetry in general. I love how It's a Big Big World looked. Elmo the Musical has quite the atmosphere, and CGI backdrops make the segment come alive.
But I prefer this movie to have as minimal sound stage work, CGI or...
You could say that for quite a bit of television shows. The more depressing thing is when someone's absolutely proud of something that's usually embarrassing to do. I'm sure the writers of this show are under a LOT of executive and network pressure to keep the series a certain way.
Seems...
In a sense, that's more akin to a vlog than what we call reality TV. Maybe closer to the travel shows on PBS if anything.
Because, as we know, reality TV is actually staged or goaded events edited down and manipulated, and half the stuff we consider reality is actual competition/game shows.
You're probably the only one who even would make M*A*S*H* poops. :halo:
That's why I've been favoring public domain cartoons and commercials. Until I couldn't download off of YT anymore.
ARRGH! Why can't this be on real television? ABC can stand to not air Dancing with the Stars for one darn night. NBC can stand to not air whatever the heck they have left one night. This deserves to be seen.
I understand the artistic temperament to not want to "cheapen" your vision with crappy over exposed merchandise. But it also robs those who genuinely consider themselves fans legal, legitimate, tasteful, collector's grade merchandise. And by refusing to make decent quality T-shirts that carry...
Yeah... like, what's the deal with that? The term came from South Park:
Then the Pony thing. And now every cartoon character that's stupid is offensive now. Grimlock call bull on that.
Anyway...
My question is, WHY no Christmas songs in a Christmas special? I hate the heck out of the...
They better the heck get the series Dog City.
As long as they keep the Fraggle Rock DVD sets in print (I still only have the first season and it took me years to get it).
