Yeah. Whatever they did wore off at an inopportune moment, leaving the rapidly reverting Splinter to find a sewer to crawl into. Of course, it's all for the best, since the Turtles really needed him.
And then of course he reverts back to a human in the terrible first NES game.
That's a relief. From a monopoly standard, of course. Disney just happens to own two of the major companies that Hasbro has the license to, and nothing more. Seems Disney toys are made by various companies, the way it should be.
Not so much a rant as much as Schadenfreude, but did anyone like the sitcom Till Death? I mean, I love Brad Garret and all, but the show was basically a sloppy mess of unused King of Queens domestic disputes (same people behind the show), that were so bad, you almost expect Brad to call Joline...
The Steve Carrell word of the day is somewhere on Youtube, and that specific Elmo the Musical and Abby's School are bound to be aired again this season. Other than that, you really didn't miss much.
(Sputtery Laugh). Seriously... I'm happy the right lost with all their political sabotage, money blown on Super Pacs owned by Karl Rove, and endless talking head whining and intimidation. Not to mention the voter registration crap they were trying to pull. I'm glad, if nothing else, the Dick...
I got an icky not out of the Woods yet feeling. Obama has won the electoral votes, and I'd hate for Romney to have won the popular vote Gore style. We've got enough conspiracy theory wackos ruining it for everyone last time he won, we don't need them thinking the Space Commies and Unicorn...
Worst case scenario with a Muppets 2 title is a brand recognition thing. It need not be. The Muppets, while I'm still not thrilled with the decision to call it that, was what the film needed to be called. Calling it with any title relating to the Muppets being Back (i.e. The Muppets Big...
Yeah...

And there are some syndicated packages that contain some Underdog/Tennesee...
At least it's not Sony. If they owned our souls, we wouldn't be able to use them.
I dunno about how Hit was treating Barney. I've heard terrible things about how they treat a lot of things. I'm glad they don't have that partnership with Henson, though. I think the damage is done with...
That's some good points. I pretty much hate Mattel's general handling of certain toy lines. The Shonen Jump stuff (One Piece and Shaman King) was pretty dodgey. And that's even if you could find the Shaman King stuff. And the best One Piece figure was the one that was recalled (The quick...
I forgot the entire article, but it sold me. I think George started it with a child because he thought he wanted to go that far back into Anakin's history. There's a lot of that which would have been interesting if it was some expanded universe stuff or told in flashback. But in real time, it...
This is too far. Disney owns too much already, and I bet this is a package deal for Star Wars so they can have control of the merchandising. But entertainment companies and toy companies are different things. This is going to cost the ability for toy companies to acquire Disney licenses, and...
Someone on Cracked pointed out the problem with the prequels. Other than having them, they should have cut right to Anakin as a Jedi Knight, with Obi Wan as his partner. The first movie does nothing but establish the scene, and the action between episode 2 and 3 could have fit into one movie...
I skipped out on the already seen street story. The word on the street, new Abby segment, and Elmo the Musical were the only real highlights.
Steve Carrell needs to work with the Muppets/Sesame Street more. I really miss him not being on The Office, though I respect his choice to leave...
That's a huge black mark. Disney needs to get these out. To just abandon the box sets, especially since the movie did well enough, is absolute bullcrap. perfectly in character to a company that hates box sets, but still bull crap. The first 3 seasons are still selling quite well. There's no...
The problem is, they already have something around Thanksgiving... Frozen, I think. So that's out of the question, unless Disney wants them to compete more directly with each other. Hopefully, there won't be 20 other kids films in the same period.
