No, it's a more premium price figure i think. In the UK it's being sold for much higher than Superbeaker and just less than the backstage. I would guess for the USA you are looking at a price around $20. These are apparently fairly limited.
Oh wow - they've done Jim proud. Elegant, Classy, Informative, Fun, and looking HOT!!! I am so pleased about this, i knew they would do something special but this is beyond expectaction. Brilliant !!!
Well at this stage a light thwacking with the rubber chicken might be appropriate, just enough to knock some sense into them but not enough to hamper the release of Season 2.
The whole thing is magnificent, lovely remastered sound and video. The unseen pilot is cool because it actually is majorly different from the one that made it to TV. The best thing about the extras is the original menus, as you go to choose which show you want to watch ALF comes on and does a...
I reckon they'll just stick Kermit in a scarecrow costume - brand recognisability when it comes to merchandise and future products etc etc. I could see them doing something funky with Gonzo though. I agree, Fozzie is great as the lion - very glad they stuck with that.
I'm mixed on it. I don't like the way they are really going to modernise the actual plot, but it was expected. Ashanti is credbile, so i'm sure seeing as they would have paid up for her to do this kinda stuff we'll be hearing a LOT of her, i'd rather hear our Muppets the most. I am liking the...
I don't think Portman was ever really a feasible choice. She probably made a wishlist but sounds more like internet rumor that just picked up steam. I can't believe there hasn't been more reaction to this, the Palisades board is jumping with erm pretty much disgust at the news.
Ashanti, Tarantino Off to See Muppets in 'Oz'
By Nellie Andreeva
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - R&B singer Ashanti and director Quentin Tarantino are set to star in ABC's original movie tentatively titled "The Muppets' Wizard of Oz."
Queen Latifah, meanwhile, is in final...
I would have liked them to have opted for an unknown too. Now the Muppets belong to them it makes more sense to me if they let them shine out as the star names more than anyone else, but with celebrity cameos in minor roles of course.
Edit - Looks like Ashanti has been chosen to play...
I was thinking about that the other day. To add to all this, if the totals are available, approx how many people listen to MC radio and what are their favorite songs, and if there's still a tally (not sure there is) how many ecards have been sent now? All interesting stuff!
I wouldn't put too much faith in rumors from that source myself. I think Jim's probably aiming to go through the entire Hollywood teen actress stable so he actually ends up getting it right for once.
:halo:
Just to clarify - it IS Henson that you want to contact, not Disney. They will be making the shows for Disney and supplying the puppeteering talent. I believe Kevin Clash is a good person to write to.
sseta answered the second part of your question two days later. We have thousands of members here so it's highly likely that 74 didn't know the answer but read your post. Maybe if you reply in that thread more people will see it again and one of them might know the answer to the first part...
