Um . . . it is spelled "doughnut," "donut," is just another example of how lazy Americans have become that they don't want to have to actually spell a word's full spelling.
Looks like "London Bridge is Falling Down" to me.
And no, kids don't do stuff like that anymore at parties; they usually brings CDs for music, or just watch TV/movies and stuff themselves on junk food. :P
You know you've been around for a while when you can remember a time when the Geico Gecko had a more realistic and less stylized design, a much deeper voice with a more pompous accent (c/o Kelsey Grammer), and actually disliked when people contacted him about helping them save money on car...
I felt the same way about the changes made to the set for Season 33: the red doors and window panes of 123, the jungle mural painted on the double-doors of the carriage house and the new playground-inspired staircase, the child-like shapes cut into the construction doors, replacing the...
Not all single camera comedies forego laugh tracks: just look at practically every single sitcom produced between the years 1957 and 1971.
The Muppets wouldn't work in a multi-camera audience setup: puppetry can be really technical, it can take multiple takes for us just to watch a rod-hand...
Is it just me, or does it seem like the writers kept looking for ways to hint/suggest that Jerry and George should have been "together"? Particularly in the later seasons.
A couple of specific examples that jump out are from "The Merv Griffin Show", where Kramer asks George, "So, you and Jerry...
Did they adjust the hue with Murray when he asks Cookie about where she got her red coat? I just noticed not only is he more orange in that shot than in the rest of the video, but there's some distortion to the color around him in the shot as well.
During Big Bird's "Bluebird of Happiness" number at the Sleaze Brothers' (F)unfair, as he sings, "I'm such a long way from any rainbows," a pan through the audience shows a row of nothing but twins.
Is that Matt performing Count? It doesn't quite sound like him, but it could be I'm not quite used to it yet (I see also Count's got mussed hair now).
Also, I love the Aside Glance Snuffy does at 0:58.
I wasn't sure if I asked this before - I can't find any thread at that would indicate that I had.
Anyway, I'm curious if for FTB, Frank looped the dialogue for his characters like he did in other Muppet movies prior to Eric taking over his characters? It seems to make sense, considering FTB...
I just can't see the Muppets carrying on a sitcom. Maybe they can, but I don't think their personalities are established enough to carry recurring storylines and situations among each other in the long run. They're a tad too wacky and off-the-wall for a sitcom format.
We kind of touched on this before, but the Rocky and Bullwinkle movie did a really similar plot device as the two Brady Bunch movies, in that Rocky and Bullwinkle were clearly stuck in their ways from the 60s and had trouble fitting into the "real world" of the modern-day 2000s.
Now, at least...
Now I'm down to 460GB of free diskspace - this time however, I'm pretty sure it's because I added a small handful of new WORLD'S DUMBEST... clips last night, but can anybody here help me figure out what other possible reasons there are for me to keep losing so much diskspace all the time? Please?
That's essentially what they did with HOME ALONE 2: LOST IN NEW YORK. Don't get me wrong, I like both of those movies, but admittedly, 2 is essentially 1 rehashed in New York - it plays almost exactly the same, even director Chris Columbus admits that.
Part of me feels sorry for David, but another part of me is glad they did acknowledge that he did use to be Maria's squeeze and that he is apparently fine with her and Luis being in love. Nice precursor to his line from their wedding.
"Isn't it funny? I've seen her each day of my life. And now...
I'll admit, when the first PAUL BLART: MALL COP came out, I thought it actually looked like a funny movie to see, but I never got a chance to see it, so it left the theaters, and I lost interest and never saw it.
But really, the trailers for the sequel look just plain stupid.
