Just a bit more expensive than Forbidden Planet had them.
I wouldn't even go far to think its true, the news agency that came from is an entertainment one well known for inventing stories based on other news. Regardless, im sure they talk to lots of people - but they probably arent even at that stage yet.
Who?
Edit - oh someones hacked wikipedia, lol. It was Paul Fusco who created the character, and with Tom Patchett's help created the sitcom idea. Tom Patchett, writer for GMC and MTM.
I bought the Gonzo photo puppet, and the full set of Gremlins NECA figures. I'm currently searching for actual screen used props from movies ive liked as im building up a display in my house.
I agree on the humans as baddies, and on the subject of Anjelina, you never know as they will obviously approach lots of people, or it may just be the news agency creating a nice little story because the new movie has got press attention lately. She'd probably make a good baddie really, and...
Mine are in cardboard boxes as i have nowhere to display them yet, but i imagine its like the intro from GMC and pretend they've just been airdropped into my house!
I have the script (i bought it from a private collection a long time ago - at great cost as well!) from the eighties draft. I hope to put it out there someday on the net if i can get the ok! I have quite a few ALF rareities amongst my stuff, though i dont have a lot of the main ALF...
It could well mean there are no "official" plans to release Reporter Kermit but its on the drawing board, or it could just mean they don't have any updates on Fozzie that have been cleared for release by their marketing people. I just find it very strange as Master Replicas distribution people...
X-Files should be a good one, though not sure i can remember the story, so long ago. 2009 should be interesting what with He-Man, Transformers 2, and others.
I am really excited about the new Batman!
I read over at Master Replicas according to their CS they arent making this, so sorry guys if its not the case - although as i said, it came from their distributor who is actually part of them. So with their internal changes who knows who's working off what hymn sheet, lol.
Seems to have a...
There was a script written for this as far back in the late eighties, and even now they say they'd like to do it - of course there probably isn't the backing for it. Hard enough to get a Muppet movie together nowdays.
I would guess they'll just offer both options as they always talked about doing clothes and accessories, and it makes sense if there is demand for more Kermits, plus it brings in the Sesame fans. It really worked for Palisades. If they can make this line hold out until any new Muppet TV show...
I think it might have worked well with puppets, there was always that bit in one of the ALF episodes where he had flashbacks back to his time on Melmac. It was funny. Doing it as a cartoon meant they could get it on air while the sitcom was still finishing and also do a show without all the...
