There was a script written for this as far back in the late eighties, and even now they say they'd like to do it - of course there probably isn't the backing for it. Hard enough to get a Muppet movie together nowdays.
There was one Episode of ALF where his buddies came looking for him, so it was great to see more puppets of his species.I beleive it was "Help Me Rhonda".I think all his episodes had song titles as episode titles.

Yes that is the intro of "Help Me Rhonda", it was brilliant. I think they used that as the basis for the cartoon show.

Does any one whach the show Alf, Alf is a puppet, But I just found Alf on youtube. And wanted some one to tell about the show. And Rated it to from 1 to 10 (10 the best)
I l-o-v-e ALF! Although I'm not even a child of the 80's. I remember my older cousins liking him though, and when I was little I was a bit afraid of him! I very vaguely remember the cartoon series (I think I rented it out at some stage) and I actually have the first three original videos of the TV series (with the bulky packets and all... it totally screams '1980s' at ya.) but I wanna get the series on DVD, too.
I like ALF so much, he used to be my avatar!

I vaguely remember watching the show when I was little, but he kinda scared me (not as much as ET still scares me, though). My Uncle had a Alf doll and I never wanted to go near it.

He is kind of creepy looking just a little, but not enough to be afraid of to me.
