Wow, that musical number was great! Loved all the minor characters they involved, especially the Honkers and Dingers; where have they been?

They were just on. Elmo, Cookie, Abby, Grover, Murray, Oscar and Big Bird helped with the "Hashtags" segment. And the Roots played the Funky Chimes; how neat.

They filmed new tune-ins in the Spring, so there's definitely more coming. I assume the songs will appear after the tune-in, which may not even be used to introduce the letter/number anymore until the end.
Well, we'll find out in a week.

Wasn't sure if this was brought up, but the New York Library for the Performing Arts is holding an exhibit of Sesame stuff starting September 18th and running through January to celebrate the show's 45th anniversary. There's also going to be these (free) events:

My thoughts on splitting off Elmo/Abby as separate shows is that they'd probably be aired alongside the original show, so they might as well keep them part of the full-hour.
I enjoyed Frozen, but Tumblr is makes me dislike it (and makes me dislike Tumblr). So many posts about it; it's nuts.
I will say though, even though I don't watch OUAT, I'm going to assume that they're jumpin' the ol' shark by adding the Frozen cast.
