And My Bedbugs at least had some good intentions behind it (educating kids about proper hygiene and bedtime habits). None of that can be found in The Oogs.
Kinda reminds me of how Japanese food company House sells Asian foods like tofu over here, but Western foods in their home country like their version of Bugles called "Tongari Corn" (literally "pointy corn").
The final product shouldn't be too bad, but the trailer follows the typical animated movie trailer that makes it seem more idiotic and lowbrow than it really is.
It was so hilarious seeing Peridot in a more vulnerable state without her limb extenders. And we also got some buildup to an impending doom from her, which she is also terrified of.
I love how Bugs fought the Grim Reaper Bunny not so much because he was afraid of dying, but because he crushed Squeaks' nuts (as in his literal nuts). Bugs standing up for the little guy reminds me a lot of "Rabbit's Kin" where he does the same thing to that little rabbit being pursued by Pete...
It's only when the execs start panicking like crazy over the ratings not being as high for subsequent episodes that there should be a cause for concern.
I reported this on the "What made you smile today?" thread myself, but thanks for stealing my thunder. ;)
Anyway, it's great to see the weenies at Warner Music Group take a major hit like this. :)
I've enjoyed the Wile E. Coyote segment the most in the 2nd episode. Him being a tech-obsessed neighbor works really well here, ditto the brothers-in-arms relationship between Bugs and Squeaks.
After being fresh off the premiere of the muppets., now it's time for my thoughts on the season 2 premiere of Fresh Off the Boat.
Gotta love how Louis missed all those hidden fees that Jessica warned him about and started freaking out about them just as he got her to learn how to relax on...
I enjoyed this episode so far. They managed to work in a good amount of drama with Kermit and Piggy's relationship, and the humorous moments with Fozzie's interspecies romance. Plus we got secondary characters like Scooter and Rizzo get their fair share of screen time.
And I did like how they...
I enjoy this series, too. It has a better balance of slapstick and dialogue-based humor compared to LTS, and I like how half the time, Bugs was the one being victimized. I always enjoyed characters like the Gremlins and Cecil the Turtle who were able to put one over on him for once. :)
And as...
Here's April Winchell ranting about the media guilt-tripping her over eating fat-free foods during the holidays. I can't un-hear Sylvia from Wander over Yonder, but I could totally see her ranting about this. :)
I'm only posting the YT hash code because the image of her has her wearing a...
Of course the Maze Runner sequel was #1 this weekend. It's lucky to have no competition, just like last time.

Also, it seems like WB is starting to warm up to keeping the LT cast consistent with its voice actors, as Jeff Bergman and Maurice LaMarche will be voicing Bugs and Sam again. Hopefully the other VAs will be retained, too.
This one will also utilize four 5-minute shorts similar to the length of the theatrical shorts. And even though the name makes it seem like Elmer Fudd will be the main protagonist, there are supposed to be plenty of new characters to take that role, as well.
The design looks like a fusion of...
